Q: need info on wheel bearing pack for 1963 motorhome. second question can someone tell me what the wheel bearings should be adjusted too i cant help directly with any adjustment specs. i am sure they are available. perhaps a shop manual on ebay. but be sure they are tightened up for the proper clearance. a dealer did mine and after 3k miles the steering still was not right. i was in nj and took it to a nephew who found the bearings loose. perhaps 100 thousands play. we replaced the bearings all around on all the wheels. somewhat expensive but well worth it. so be sure to check for play after a few miles. bob az .

if parking issues or abandoned vehicles are the problem then the law should address those specific issues as is commonly done in other cites not tax everyone who happens to own a second vehicle even if they are causing no problems. tbone wrote oh really and where do all of these cars go when their owners are using one of their other cars it would be nice if everyone who owned multiple cars had a place to park them besides the street and took care of them but this is simply not the case. this very article describes people willing to accept this tax because of virtual junk yards forming on neighbors properties or not being able to find a place to park near their own homes. these extra cars do in fact cause congestion and parking problems. i think that it is a great idea to have an extra car in the family and have one myself but unfortunately people tend to abuse everything and i see houses near me with 4 or 5 pretty much abandoned vehicles although still plated sitting around their property or on the street taking up parking and making the rest of the neighborhood look like crap. .
