replacement head lights dodge dakota

Q: i love my dakota quad but the headlights rot. i also have a little trouble seeing at night so its probably not the trucks fault. online at tirerack ive found bright white lights---will these help dodge is notorious for electrical problems none for me so far so ive worried about changing from the norm. piaa xtreme wht 9007 pair .
