Q: we wonyou lostnow get over it! i have never heard so much whining after an election. and the dirty campaigning such as ripping down bush signsauto dialing phone constantly. even if i were so inclined to vote for kerry i wouldnt just on the way his bunch of bums campaigned around my area. southern nh/northern ma. how to start your day with a positive attitude 1. create a new folder on your computer. 2. name it people who cannot realize we are still one country. 3. send it to the trash. 4. empty the trash. 5. your computer will ask you do you really want to delete people who cannot realize we are still one country 6. calmly answer yes and press the mouse button firmly... at some point even those who voted for kerry will realize that whining about the past doesnt fix the present or make a better future. at some point those with narrow minds will hopefully accept that those who are anti-bush arent necessarily pro-kerry or any other dem. one country indeed but divided thanks to the polarizers like bush. .

the actuator and latch are made together in one unit. if you purchase a new one for hopefully no more than the $69.00 i paid you will see the 4 plastic clips for the 4 rods or links. one is for the door lock plunger one for the inside handle one for the outside handle and im not sure but the other may be for the outside key lock. you will also see the plug for the power cord and the three holes for the screws that attach it to the door.this unit removes with the three screws #30 torx head in the edge of the door around the latch mechanisim. you might want to make a written note which rod goes to which color clip. its a little tight to get your hand in there and work with it but you can. ld ok im having the same issues and im not very handy. can someone please provide assistance ive got the drivers side door sounding like horrible grinding if the power locks are used and the passenger side as well. the driver side power window stopped working as well. this week the alarm starts going off every 5th or 6th time you open the door. on the drivers side door ive been able to remove the plastic shell and ive peeled away the white cover where i can get to the actuator. is there no way to seperate the metal shell so i can see what im doing in there better which piece is it that needs replaced .

woody awd vehicles do not have a differential in the middle. they have a viscous coupling driving the front axle which compensates for the different gear ratios of the front and back differentials like 3.55 rear & 3.54 front or 4.10 rear & 4.09 front. steve on sun 26 dec 2004 232355 gmt edward l. dowdy eddowdy@ctsihatespamcomp.com wrote this is my first 4x4 in 20 years. had it in 4 hi today on dry pavement. with the wheel cut hard to the right the truck was hopping. i think this is probably normal. id like to know for sure from some of the resident experts. with all the snow around here ive had in 4 hi more often than not. ed dowdy there is no center differential on your truck to compensate for the different distance front vs. rear wheels need to travel on a turn. so one of the wheels has to slip on a turn. on dry pavement this places a lot of strain on the drive train hence your manual tells you not to use 4wd on dry pavement. on snow or gravel a wheel can slip without putting strain on the drive train. keep it in 2wd until the conditions warrant 4wd. if you want 4wd all the time you will have to get an awd vehicle with a center differential. woody; 95fxds .

you can distort the situation all you want to mac it still doesnt change reality. the reality is the clintons had many odd things going on in their past dealings. reality is the list of people who were dealt with worked for or were close friends of the clintons and have died under odd circumstances is far longer than it should be. reality is bill clinton committed an act of adultery/infidelity. all of this is worthy of qestions being asked even if not at the detail which it was done. and it was done by non partisan agencies and committees as often as not. but add to this the public blatant and undiluted lie he told. let me repeat that bill clinton told a blatant and undiluted lie. not the public not the investigators not the democratic party not the republican party but bill clinton. the simple fact is if the republicans had not respected the office like they did no one would have done a thing about the lie. now you can hide behind the thin well he lied about it shield all you want shield he lied no shield. but if you think that he is the only man that would lie about something like that he lied to everyone about it and did so publically. if he had said nothing publically and privately told those in power what happened nothing like the impeachment would have gone on. any way you look at it the right wing drew first blood and now it is open season on that office. lol those glasses have gone from rose to black. max life liberty and the pursuit of any jackass that threatens it. embellished usnavy slogan .

you just said in your last post that an amperage drop was impossible... now youre talking about a reduction in current. make up your mind... which is it interesting for me being so wrong tom l caught that too. that would be because he was wrong as well. the difference is that he was just to quick to try to jump on me to actually read what you said before opening his mouth and making a fool of himself for a change but you were just flat out wrong. iow this voltage drop at the headlamp is horseshit unless something is drawing down the system elsewhere. a headlamp unless incorrect spec for the voltage system will not draw enough amperage to lower voltage. lol is this what is meant when they say if you cant dazzle them with your brilliance baffle them with your bullshit what exactly is a voltage system do you even know what a voltage drop is we are not talking about the battery voltage here max we are talking about the voltage at a particular component a headlight within a specific circuit and it can be different lower than what you see at the battery. iow unless the lamp can somehow flow more current than can be supplied at 12v the voltage will never drop. now i see you just dont understand the flow of electricity and how resistance can and does affect it. remember we are not talking about the batteries state of charge here we are talking about a loss of voltage due to resistance in a circuit. since the lamp depends on resistance to flow in order to light it will not flow enough to lower the voltage in a short time especially if the charging system is in operation. what you seem to not understand is that the wire has some internal resistance per foot and thinner wire has more internal resistance that a heavier guage. the same can be said for switches and switches with heavier internal conductors and larger contacts under more pressure have less resistance than switches with smaller contacts and internals. connectors also have some internal resistance and cheap connectors have more than good ones. like you said the lamp depends on the resistance to flow in order to light it but what you forgot is that it depends on the resistance within the filiment to light it and any external resistance will steal some of that light. the point is that a lamp can flow more current than can be supplied at 12v if the wiring and/or switch is not also up to delivering that amount of current at 12v. over a few hours with no charging it can happen. but likely if you check the voltage youll find its still 12v but not enough amps to flow through the resistance. this has nothing to do with the state of charge or voltage at the battery and even here you are still wrong. voltage is a measurment of force and if the battery still shows 12v while connected to the lamp then it will still have enough force to flow through the resistance or lack of it with the same current as before. this is what i said was impossible. you cannot have the same voltage and less current with no change to the resistance. btw i mentioned testing my fog lamps and finding battery voltage. despite having proper voltage i got no lumens from the lamp. thus it takes more than voltage to illuminate a lamp and more than just a lack of voltage to dim it. that is correct. current lights the lamp not voltage but voltage determines how much current is going to pass thru your lamp. since the lamp was not lit there was no current passing thru the circuit and with no current you get no voltage drop so there will be battery voltage across an unloaded circuit. this is why i asked you if the lamp was lit to see if you were measuring across an active circuit that could have a voltage drop and as we can now see you werent. the fact that mr. stern recommends larger guage wire proves that he too knows that amperage is needed to light the lamp not just voltage. no shit sherlock but by your statements what would be the purpose of larger wire. according to you the wire size means nothing and that is completely wrong. what he also says is that the factory wiring is too thin and the switch is not really up to the task and are causing voltage drops that are preventing the lights from reaching full intensity and he is probably correct. once you do some research and understand what a voltage drop is you will probably agree as well. -- if at first you dont succeed youre not cut out for skydiving .

bullshit. unless adultery /infidelity is an act of treason or a breach of national security it was none of their business and they had no business going there and you know it. when it becomes the proof behind an outrageous lie they have business going there. lol complete bs and had nothing to do with what they were investigating him on. please list the non partisan agencies that investigated this on their own. please list the republican agencies that did so. you made this claim first so your list comes first. i didnt say any republican agencies i said republicans amd kenny starr and newt come to mind. your turn. that depends on your definition of sex and either way it should have never been asked. yeah and you want us to define it again dont you he has his cock in her mouth its sex. it wouldnt have been asked except a young intern decided to open her mouth to speak. actually it was an illegal tap by that horse faced bitch linda tripp running to kenny who then spent millions of our tax dollars investigating it. either way it had nothing to do with the trumped up charges that were proving to be unprovable and that was making the republicans look bad. that is the shield using the result to hide form the act that caused it in the first place. hide what i dont give a damn if he got a monica under the desk in the oval office but lying about it doesnt work. i never said that it did but neither does bringing it up in the first place. complete bs again. he was asked that on television during his hearing for whatever they were trumping up at the time. how could he not say something. easy thats a matter that is of concern were not sure where that information is coming from but well have comment when we verify the source. lol they were way past that point by then. presidents do that all the time. now if you really think that he could have told the ones in power that and that they would keep it a secret its not a matter of secrecy its a matter of not lying. that is not what you said but either way he would have not been any better off so he might as well make the right show their true colors and that they did. funny how two high level republicans were doing almost the same thing. any way you want to spin it max the right made this country a joke with that attack against clinton and that was first blood. bullshit. the left attacked gb the elder for his stance on iraq and the lack of pressing the attack after that. the left attacked reagan for his economics his military build up and his offhand comment about making the ussr illegal. the right attacked jimmy carter for his comments on how the mind wanders when confronted with a good looking woman and later blamed him for the iranian hostage situation. funny how they call on him as an all purpose ambassador now. the left attacked ford for his candid comments regarding his relationship with his wife and for pardoning nixon. the left attacked nixon for his methods in dealing with vietnam and later for watergate where he lied sound familiar the right attacked lbj on vietnam economics and his sudden inauguration after kennedys death. the right attacked kennedy for being a catholic. need i go on no because you made a very clear point. everything that you mentioned above was due to something the president in question did or said while in office. the crap with clinton started over the bogus white water claims that allegedly occurred before he took office and had nothing to do with him as a president and was done for no other reason but to discredit the man. when that didnt work magically monica appears on the scene and doesnt bother to wash the dress and turns it over for evidence for no crime at all lol. sorry max but the whole thing reeks of setup and served no purpose but to discredit both the man and the office and it was the first time such low levels were reached and it was the republicans that did it. first blood where the fuck have you been cowering with you head up your ass this shit goes on and on and on and on. what was done to clinton was not only normal but fairly leanient given his past. take it easy max dont blow a fuse. what was done to clinton was typical republican decent to any depth to win strategy which was actually bested with the last election. now we have an idiot in the white house getting our men and women killed for no valid reason and because he is a republican funny the democratic candidate wanted to increase the troops lol yea because we are already there and cant run away now. if we are there then we need to get the job done and get out not leave our troops there for terrorist to use as target practice like they currently are. and the democrats want to reinstate the draft really point me to a non partisan site that confirms this. we are all to respect him and stay

you just said in your last post that an amperage drop was impossible... now youre talking about a reduction in current. make up your mind... which is it interesting for me being so wrong tom l caught that too. iow this voltage drop at the headlamp is horseshit unless something is drawing down the system elsewhere. a headlamp unless incorrect spec for the voltage system will not draw enough amperage to lower voltage. iow unless the lamp can somehow flow more current than can be supplied at 12v the voltage will never drop. since the lamp depends on resistance to flow in order to light it will not flow enough to lower the voltage in a short time especially if the charging system is in operation. over a few hours with no charging it can happen. but likely if you check the voltage youll find its still 12v but not enough amps to flow through the resistance. btw i mentioned testing my fog lamps and finding battery voltage. despite having proper voltage i got no lumens from the lamp. thus it takes more than voltage to illuminate a lamp and more than just a lack of voltage to dim it. the fact that mr. stern recommends larger guage wire proves that he too knows that amperage is needed to light the lamp not just voltage. max life liberty and the pursuit of any jackass that threatens it. embellished usnavy slogan .

thanks yos marshall years before a bulb burned out. is this an easy replacement or should i bite the bullet and pay someone else to replace it nah pretty simple. remove the two screws that hold the cluster bezel on. these are up underneath the front lip of the dash. remove the bezel then remove the four screws that hold the cluster in place be sure not to remove the screws that hold the clear plastic cover to the cluster. pull the cluster out a bit and disconnect the electrical connectors. once you have the cluster in your hands youll see the various bulb holders on the back side of the cluster. turn the appropriate holder counter-clockwise and you can remove it and the bulb. .

was this a replacement for a faulty lift pump or did you install it to avoid future problems i replaced it to avoid the problem of running the fuel pump dry as i have several power modifications to the engine/drivetrain. my stock fuel pump was working fine but it wouldnt be up to the task of the increased fuel demands. what does something like that cost and where do you buy it it runs a little over $500 and is available from a number of diesel performance places. its produced by a company called diesel performance products inc. a search of fass fuel air separator should turn up several sites and other info. .

on my truck i run a product called a fuel air separator system or fass. its an auxillary fuel pump with integrated filter/water separator that mounts on the frame rail next to the gas tank. i have my stock lift pump removed and have the fass feeding fuel into the stock filter/canister. if i ever had a problem with fuel like you did i could easily remove the fuel filter from the fass its a spin-on filter and within minutes empty the contents of the tank into a container. was this a replacement for a faulty lift pump or did you install it to avoid future problems what does something like that cost and where do you buy it .

at some point those with narrow minds will hopefully accept that those who are anti-bush arent necessarily pro-kerry or any other dem. i never said nor do i think anyone has that being anti bush means being pro kerry. one country indeed but divided thanks to the polarizers like bush. bush didnt divide the nation any more than kerry did. what divides this nation is the lack of respect for the office no matter who is in it. blame the man in it blame public attitude blame loose ethics whatever. the point is it starts with the citizens of the nation when it comes to respecting the office of president. regardless of who is in that office the decisions are surely more than the average citizen would care to take on. thus the respect should be inherent. i would argue the notion that one should respect the office regardless of who occupies it. should one respect an archbishop who is a proven pedophile just because he wears the collar our president right or wrong is a great marching tune but not very realistic. all the bushites who ramble on about respecting the office were the same ones chastizing clinton for hummergate. if you truly think that bush or kerry polarized this country alone it is you who is narrow minded. never said bush was the sole polarizer; hone your reading skills. .

theguy wrote there is only one manufacturer of a handgun capable of firing the .45 gap that is in the process of changing. it may or may not change. at this point the only thing sure about the ..45gap is that it is new and unproven field proven. in order to upset an established and favored round you have to offer a lot. the ..38 super was ballistically superior to the 9mm but failed miserably because there isnt enough difference to justify the change. while ballistically superior the .357 sig is a great round but it never took off because theres just not enough of a reason to change. the .40 s & w has done well because there wasnt anything truly comparable. that said as i understand it the west virginia highway patrol is dropping the .40 in favor of the .45acp. while ballistically superior to the ..45acp on paper equal on some higher on others in the field it wasnt as reliable for one shot stops. based on these recent proprietary rounds and many others i dont think the .45gap will ever take off certainly not to the extent of the acp because i just dont see enough of a reason to change from a round thats already working very well. it is you may be right but not what i buy. i plink with the cheap stuff and trust my life to the more expensive and hotter +p defensive rounds. i still bet that if you put 500 rounds through one yous find it begins to fit pretty well. i traded a browning high power for a glock 9mm a few years back. after several thousand rounds i loved the 17 round capacity and hated the angle of the handle. it felt like i had to point down to shoot level. not only is the .45 gap ammo more expensive but its not nearly as readily available as the acp and only the bigger ammo suppliers will even carry the gap ammo. that is not true. every co. is looking at the gap. not true looking at the gap means they may or may not manufacture it. the 9mm 38 special .357 magnum and the .45acp are readily available handgun rounds but the gap doesnt have the popularity at this time for comparable stock by smaller ammunition sellers. this may change in the future and i hope it does well my buddy sure likes his. i just dont see the market demand for it i dont see the need for it beyond special application. .

on 25 dec 2004 230534 -0800 montanajeeper@aol.com wrote jerry wrote well youre wrong there. i think youre missing what i said jerry. i never questioned ballistical data and in fact stated that there were many bullets that were ballistically superior to the .45acp. what i call biased dreaming and bullshit is the suggestion that it could actually be favored over the 1911 by the masses. there is only one manufacturer of a handgun capable of firing the .45 gap that is in the process of changing. you will see more. and to suggest that its popularity will rival the .45acp is absurd. i dont agree i think it could happen but it will take time and we will only know many years from now. the 1911 spent the last 100 years earning its reputation and has become the most beloved handgun of all time. i agree. its well deserved and proven popularity simpy isnt comparable to any other handgun in history. .45 ammo is cheap and readily available. cost wont be a big factor for long. here factory boxes of winchester 45 are about $12 a box and the wincheter gap is about $13 a box. others either have the gap round out or are very close to having it out. it will take several years for the gun to become popular enough for rounds to come down to the acp level but give it time. it took the acp a while to get a foot hold too. in fact i recently purchased 600 rounds of ww2 surplus still in sealed cans for $70. only when +p ammo in the acp was used did the acp walk away from the gap. apples and oranges comparison to what i originally referenced but since you brought it up ill mention that most popular defense rounds are +p. it is you may be right but not what i buy. its understandable the .45 apc fans arent gonna like it bah youre turning my statement into something other than what i was saying. if it were simply a matter of ballistics then i would be carrying 10mm in auto anyway. its not just ballistics its the whole package. if you want a .45 gap you must buy a glock. true but it is a great gun. glock is a handgun that you either love or hate there is no in-between. absolutely true. and it should be that way. if you are gonna pay 400 to 500 bucks for a gun you should get what you like. marketing comes in. the glock is the easiest gun to teach shooters on. the stats back that up. easiest gun to pick up and just shoot for the average person. since glock came to the us in the late 80s early 90s the guns have just taken off. there is a reason for that. cost ease of maintenance durablitly and design have played a role. personally i find the angle of the handle on a glock to be cumbersome and it would be foolish of me to depend upon a handgun i find cumbersome for self defense. good reason not to get one but i still bet that if you put 500 rounds through one yous find it begins to fit pretty well. the grip is designed to fit the natural grip for people. i am not doubting your word at all you seem to have plenty of experience however. if you get a .45 gap youre going to be paying more for ammunition therefore you probably wont be able to practice as much as you could with the acp. not only is the .45 gap ammo more expensive but its not nearly as readily available as the acp and only the bigger ammo suppliers will even carry the gap ammo. that is not true. every co. is looking at the gap. i can buy .45 acp ammo at local gas stations. accuracy...well...nobody will question the .45 acp accuracy. it is the most common handgun competition round in this country and most of the world for that reason. again ive shot both. the g37 is an extremely accurate gun. every bit as much as any acp. again yes the .45 gap is a fine weapon but i find the suggestion that it will surpass the .45 acp in popularity to be ridiculous. i dont agree but ill check back in with you in about 10 years and well be able to see whose crystal ball was right. .

this is starting to drive me nuts. for some time now ive had to manually reposition the little locking levers on each of my tail gate latches in order to close my tail gate. i dont know the name of these little guys but the are little nubs showing about 1/8 inch square on their ends the part you see and are about flush with the assembly so you have to dig in a little with your finger to move them. they hang in the mid position and cause the latches to not catch that is the tail gate doesnt lock closed. if i shove these little guys forward before i close the tailgate then it works fine. so the problem seems to be that these little levers dont release to their proper forward position by themselves. i removed and thoroughly cleaned each latch mechanism each of the little levers moved easily reinstalled and the problem is still there they dont release to their forward position. it sort of appears that by installing them there is some sort of torque on the latch assembly that causes the binding. anyone out there with a fix for this - magnusfarce .

jerry wrote well youre wrong there. i think youre missing what i said jerry. i never questioned ballistical data and in fact stated that there were many bullets that were ballistically superior to the .45acp. what i call biased dreaming and bullshit is the suggestion that it could actually be favored over the 1911 by the masses. there is only one manufacturer of a handgun capable of firing the .45 gap and to suggest that its popularity will rival the .45acp is absurd. the 1911 spent the last 100 years earning its reputation and has become the most beloved handgun of all time. its well deserved and proven popularity simpy isnt comparable to any other handgun in history. .45 ammo is cheap and readily available. in fact i recently purchased 600 rounds of ww2 surplus still in sealed cans for $70. only when +p ammo in the acp was used did the acp walk away from the gap. apples and oranges comparison to what i originally referenced but since you brought it up ill mention that most popular defense rounds are +p. its understandable the .45 apc fans arent gonna like it bah youre turning my statement into something other than what i was saying. if it were simply a matter of ballistics then i would be carrying 10mm in auto anyway. its not just ballistics its the whole package. if you want a .45 gap you must buy a glock. glock is a handgun that you either love or hate there is no in-between. personally i find the angle of the handle on a glock to be cumbersome and it would be foolish of me to depend upon a handgun i find cumbersome for self defense. if you get a .45 gap youre going to be paying more for ammunition therefore you probably wont be able to practice as much as you could with the acp. not only is the .45 gap ammo more expensive but its not nearly as readily available as the acp and only the bigger ammo suppliers will even carry the gap ammo. i can buy .45 acp ammo at local gas stations. accuracy...well...nobody will question the .45 acp accuracy. it is the most common handgun competition round in this country and most of the world for that reason. again yes the .45 gap is a fine weapon but i find the suggestion that it will surpass the .45 acp in popularity to be ridiculous. .

cavity when i take the filter back out. what do you think about having to bleed the lines leading to the injectors. i always had to do that on an old ford 2600 tractor i had no the 03 and up engines use electrically-actuated injectors as opposed to hydraulically-actuated in the older models and your ford tractor. air in the lines isnt a problem - it will just blow out the injectors when they open up. this is what makes the new engines self-bleeding. changing the filter. i might be near my wits end but it wont do any good to give up. once you can get the lift pump putting fuel into the filter canister you should be home free. .
