my dakota keeps stalling

Q: i dont know what it is ive replaced the fuel pump spark plug wires distributer cap and rotor fuel filter and the ignition coil. does somebody know whats wrong .

fmb wrote i dont know what it is ive replaced the fuel pump spark plug wires distributer cap and rotor fuel filter and the ignition coil. does somebody know whats wrong only a few hundred more parts to replace one by one. if you dont want to do that tell us more info like what year and engine. if you do decide to do that you may want to read the thread i posted 86ish d150 225 goes 1/2 a block then dies wont restart until cold march 27 for ideas on what might be involved how about telling us a longer story about when it stalls like what you are doing just prior to stalling how fast are you going or is it just idling. is the engine warmed up or stone cold does it seem to be missing fast and curb idle speed timing did you blow the gas lines and look for leaks -- and did the gas tank sound bubbles need 2 people and a small compressor after the blow job does it run well for a while did you try running it with the gas cap loose is it fuel starved or smell of flooding after stall does it start coughing before it dies are you slowing down to an idle when it dies what fuel emissions stuff does it have was anything done to the truck just prior to it starting stalling how does it start again after stalling right away or does it have to wait a particular period of time give us more clues please. and what year is it rach fmb .
