loss of power

Q: 95 5.9 4x4 quad cab with 183k miles on it.......heres the problem while cruising at highway speed if i come to a small incline or need to speed up a little to pass my truck loses power while slightly accelerating and shudders but if i press the gas peddle a little more it goes away and accelerates. this happens with the cruise on and off this also happens with the overdrive off. around town the truck drives fine i did have a transmission line replaced for a minor leak about a month and a half ago only a few drops here and there and never ran low and this new problem popped up about two weeks ago and happens like i said only on the highway. any ideas thanks r.d. .
