Q: its time to pick up a speed sensor before the problem gets worse is there a part number that i should be looking for 99 dodge ram laramie qq 2wd - 5.9l auto 355 gears thanks mac dang i had that number right on the tips of my fingers but i just cant type it. g ill see if i can remember to look it up tomorrow. denny ok now well see if i step on my dick bragging eh most of us stick to dang the water in the toilet is cold! .

hello i am having a very strange sound in the steering of my 99 durango. when i turn sharply anything past10-20 degrees from center there is a sound that sounds like a gear that is moaning or a spinning part that is grinding. does anyone have suggestion as to what this might be i am thinkin its the power steering but am not sure what parts might be the culprit. help is appreciated. cvb .

2004 ctd 6 speed. ever since i bought this truck the gear shift pattern on the top of the gear shifter is slowly turning in a clockwise direction. it takes approximately 10k miles to make a complete circle. the knob is not loose it does not seem as if the shifter shaft is loose. anyone else having this problem or know of a solution thanks in advance -- joe my 92 does the same thing. my 04 six speed doesnt yet on the 92 if i put mild pressure on the insert and twist it will slowly turn back. and it twists even if i dont drive the truck i thought vibration was causing it but it temperature. cycling from hot to cold and back to hot turns it. al .
