ram 2500 diesel same problem i had a coolant leak in cab. i replaced the heater core with an aftermarket core. luke warm heat took it back then went to dodge dealer and got an oem core. installed in truck good heat. comparing the two cores the afermarket core was alot corser not as many cores or fins less heat transfer less heat. hope this helps clay. .
