hell hes so overstuffed it would take a lull to raise him. is that a nice way of saying that no one makes a mantel big enough for wide ride vfbg i was just suggesting a piece of equipment to get him off the ground. i wasnt really thinking about the size or the strength of anything to hold wide ride. but i think you should probably hire a good engineering firm to work up the design. gbfg .

so maybe its not a piece of junk after all maybe it is the squirrel that is a prick hd found the harness that goes to the cps on the distributor had become lunch for a chipmunk. chewed right thru all 3 wires. reconnected and all is well. what a pain in ass to get back by the distributor who designed this setup! -- ========================== jeff stielau shoreline electronics repair 344 east main street clintonct 06413 860-399-1861 860-664-3535 fax jstielau@snet.net ========================== if you push something hard enough it will fall over. fudds first law of opposition - sir sidney fudd yesterday my 2001 2500 ram 5.9l would not start. engine cranks ok no spark. error code p0340 doing the key click sequence. cam position sensor error no sign of any trouble leading up to this. id be amazed if it was a harness type failure....so there must be a module that has failed. any common failures for this code piece of junk is about 1500 miles out of warranty and this what has become a list of nuisance problems on this truck. -- ========================== jeff stielau shoreline electronics repair 344 east main street clintonct 06413 860-399-1861 860-664-3535 fax jstielau@snet.net ========================== if you push something hard enough it will fall over. fudds first law of opposition - sir sidney fudd .

are the o2 senors installed and working w the only one i have heard of providing even a small increase in low end power and a small increase in fuel economy is the single side swept gibson cat back. about 1.5% of total hp increase. otherwise you would have needed to go with headers and a real dual exhaust with two catalytic converters to get any more gain. i have a 98 dakota 5.2 l v8 and recently installed a flowmaster exhaust cat back system. now my mileage dropped about 25%. what gives i thought these high flow *increased* fuel economy comments are welcomed .

you didnt mention if you had checked all your fuses ... especially any associated with the computer. but the fuel pump should be hard wired rather than going through the computer so first steps would be fuse check and looking for some sort of injury to the wiring harness rodent lunch by tracing the fuel pump wiring back through the harness looking for a cut. you may find other damage in that area rodent munch causing the computer issues as well. the truck has the following problems 1. fuel pump has no voltage going to it. 2. tact does not jump up when engine is cranked. 3. check engine light does not come on. the truck is a v6 with fuel injection. anyone got any ideas on what the common problem may be ot .

i have a smarty stacked with a tst powermax 3 on an 01 3500 quad cab 4x4 ho / six speed. smarty for low end power and tst for top end. smarty can smoke like a freight train tst barely smokes at all if smarty isnt programmed. huh tst was the low-end fueler of choice well before marco got around to producing the smarty. imo - with the newest variant of the tst pmcr offering three different base fueling curves low and high-rpm adjustments to those fuel curves adjustable timing duration and fuel pressure - along with egt and boost de-fueling not to mention a cool-down timer and rail pressure gauge along with egt and boost gauges i dont see why the majority of people would need to look any further. .
