drivers side fender, white '05 3500
From : nathan w collier
Q: i dropped my daughter off at school and was leaving when a lady turned into the school running late driving way to fast and went into a skid on the ice. instead of letting her hit me which i now regret! i opted to avoid the collision by leaving my lane. the abrupt maneuver left me skidding on ice as well and in the process i took out two parking lot posts and one fender. the ranch hand bumper isnt even scratched it paid for itself as the steel posts are sunk in concrete and it only has a little yellow paint on it. my fender however wasnt so lucky. if i had let her hit me it would have been on her insurance but since she didnt hit me then i have to either file an insurance claim on my own insurance or pony up out of my own pocket. my local dealership wants $227 for a new fender and another $306 to paint it. they want $488 to repair the fender i have. i found one in salvage thats already white and would bolt right on but they want $518 for it. im seeking a better deal on a white drivers side fender with or without cummins logo to fit a 2005 3500 ram. any assistance would be appreciated. .......to make it worse the lady who nearly slid into me saw the entire thing happen but instead of so much as apologizing the just smiled like a jackass and kept riding. after having to pony up $600 to pay for the poles i wiped out id reall

nathan w. collier wrote the lady who lost control is responsible even though her car and your truck never made contact. one what legal grounds dunno. i was just thinking sensibly. she lost control causing you to react. if she had plowed into you knocking your truck into a student and killing him who would be responsible for that persons death btw i bet you felt the impact and just forgot. you are suffering some neck pain now right .
