Q: whether the torque converter is locked up or not could be the cause of the variation you describe. i have a 03 ram quad cab with the 4.7 liter engine and an automatic transmission. i noticed something lately that seems wrong. at 50 mph the tach indicates a little less than 1500 rpm. at 40 mph it indicates over 1500 and at 45 mph it indicates 1600 rpm. it seems to be shifting to the final gear around 50 mph but i thought that in the past it made this final shift at around 35-40 mph. can anyone tell me what their truck does under these speeds i am not sure of the transmission but it is the standard one for that engine. don posted via usenet.com premium usenet group services ---------------------------------------------------------- ** speed ** retention ** completion ** anonymity ** ---------------------------------------------------------- http//www.usenet.com .

sides are cut on top of new upper ball joint just as the old one. but the threads dont exactly look like they are screw. thought is to heat up the control arm near the ball joint and knock it out. no socket with 4 corners available at napa auto zone or advance to fit. new joint is same as old. thanks for the information. much appreciated .

and i thought my puter was acting up again. but im not adding much as im gone to detroit for a couple of days. ill be so much smarter when i get back..... really!! denny well well our furry friend is off to detroit for a few days. i wonder why although he claims hell be so much smarter when he gets back. how to spin this... this should be good.... ... figure to get smarter ole fur face had to have been smart in the first place. so we know that aint going to happen. but im cute and huggable.. thats a reach heard from a reliable source that there are a number of things going on in the motor city that he may have waddled into. one is a advanced egg painting course for rabbits in preparation for easter he isnt advanced enough for that. you do realize the eb and santa compare lists dont ya. keep this up and ole sc will deliver a size xxx thong for yer present. that would be waaaay too small for your furry ass. also there is a gay rabbit convention going on. do ya think our furry assed buddy has gone over to the other side of the street i know he frequents his local home depot store all the time. it is understood that he has been tossed out repeatedly. you could always wear your christmas present to go get a box of nails... im still wondering how you got this info that queers are hanging out at the depot. did you get hit on vbfg i told ya there was an article in a sorta underground paper. it told of how gay folk would get dressed up in work clothes and tool belts and cruise the aisles. take a look at their hands do they look like they work with them looks like the village people. it went on to say that many of the employees were gay as well. not that the rabbit always buys stuff from the bottom shelf. which really makes me wonder why you read about gays where they hang-out and how they dress in underground papers. so i can learn more about you.g is there something you need to tell us sue is a real decent shot. do you think there is any need for a ported 686 think i will get her one for christmas. denny ps. hows your home improvement projects coming at least i dont have to leave town for a couple of days to do them. weak i know bfg roy .

tom lawrence wrote a comparison of variuos model and engines loaded and unloaded and then will do a cost per mile too when comapared to diesels at current fuel costs. it is a imformative not a race. oh right... to further your quest to prove that diesels are more expensive to operate. good luck with that... always looking for fire huh unlike others i can have a opinion but still present data whether it is for me or against my personal beliefs because they are not a factor in this survey. it is the result on many posts i have read that people say what can i expect with this combo and i plan to make the result availble as they are and not edited to support one veiw or the other. -- ----------------- www.thesnoman.com .

yes they are! but when they are right actually i think the dodge automatic is the weak link in all their 90s on trucks but due to a handicap it is easier for me to have the automatic. mine was doing the same thing last week. it should be out of the shop tomarrow. transmission rebuild -- billy k 95 ram 2500 cummins 4x4 but your transmission / engine combination is a known klunker... .

my warranty is just about up on my 2001 1500 qc ram 5.9l. been a good truck and now have almost 70k. i have the maxicare chryler warranty which covers just about everything. had to argue with them that hoses are covered....so they looked it up and sure enough they were and got a couple replaced. anything i should check before the warranty ends that could be costly if not caught early .
