dear bigironram i have tried to follow the wiring but am having a really hard time trying to locate where the wires should go. so far i have located an 18 gauge black wire going to a 2x4 connector hopefully the right one located behind the battery but it is not going to the computer -- it goes somewhere else so this may not be the right connector. there are only 7 wires to this connector. the stub in the exhaust has been torched off so before trying to install the new one i want to be sure what i am doing. i have however removed a lot of the non-factory electric tape but plan to get the truck home before continuing since it is stuck 2 blocks away in a hotel parking lot - and a large regional winter event starts this friday . if i could still take you up on your kind offer of scanning the pages i need i would be immensely grateful. electrical pages from 86 d150 manual regarding my oxygen sensor problem rachel .

i got a concrete floor that the top layer on concrete maybe 1/4 thick has flaked off over the last few years. the largest spot is maybe the size of a basketball and the underlaying concrete seems to be very solid. i see that quickcrete has a cleaner to remove the accumulated grease/oil a bonding agent to make it stick better and a vinyl concrete overlayment mix that you just add water and trowel it on.. am i on the right track how many spots or areas are lifting just a few small ones your all set with the plan you outlined. you will get a laugh out of this. a friend and i went for a 20mile ride with the atvs. real nice 50 degree day not much wind at all the sun was out im sure ya get the picture. anyway on the way back running about 25mph along this trail it takes a hard left and turns up hill. my buddy is ahead of me and i see his rooster tail as he makes the turn and hits the gas i get there start the turn and nail it and the left front hooks a log and up and over we go. i jump but the friggin atv rolls and follows me and it rolls quicker than i can. actually it stops rolling when it lands on my right leg all 600 ponds of it. now ive got this damn thing pinning me im trying to kick it off me with my other leg and shut it off at the same timedamn thing was still running. finally shut it down and got it off me but man does the ankle hurt. call my buddy who hasnt a clue where the hell i am he figured i went straight as i was so far off the trail into the bushs he couldnt see me or my machinenot to be confused with the machine that mac has. gotta love those cell phones. we flipped it back onto its wheels no damage to the quad. in fact it fired right up. made it home without further bs other than getting hung up crossing a stream but i winched my friend out. now my ankle is out like a tennis ball hurts to walk but sue made plans for us to go out to some party tonight maybe with a few drinks ill feel better.g who the hell am i kidding in the morning i know all the bumps and bruises will be screaming. just a example why ya never ride these things alone and the need for a cell phone on vibrate cause ya cant hear them over the engine. roy .

lawrence tnloaswpraemnmcien5g@earthlink.net writes except for the shop supplies charge which grindles me. why someones gotta pay for the shop towels the cans of brake cleaner etc. sorry i disagree. in my thinking shop supplies are among the myriad costs of doing business. like the utility bill & complimentary coffee & the cable or satellite tv service & daily paper provided in the customer waiting area. even the square footage of the waiting area itself and associated amenities and the janitorial service to keep it clean. all that comes with an incremental cost too doesnt it why only ding the customer for the shop rags and gasket sealer i view shop supplies as a deliberate gouge and means of embellishing receivables. when the amount exceeds $5 per workorder it becomes excessive when it surpasses $10 it is obscene and when it hits $15 it is in my opinion theft by deception. lets see here they gave me a loaner car for 4 entire days which i think we can agree has more internal cost to the dealership than a whole case of brake cleaner. wheres the charge for that on my bill its not there. if not why not customer good will you say in my opinion customer good will begins when you first speak to the service writer and continues all the way through settling up. a separate line item for shop supplies seems to me to trample on that effort. just my opinion.. .

i have a 1996 dodge ram truck. it has a plastic cladding on the tailgate. i need to remove it but i need to know how can i remove it and what set of tools do i need to make that possible. a plastic putty knife or auto body filler applicator and a hair dryer. its just stuck on with some double-sided tape. once you get a corner to lift it should come off pretty easily. wd-40 and some elbow grease will remove the adhesive residue from the tailgate. .

on 20 jan 2006 033101 -0800 dapecota dapecota@hotmail.com wrote hi my dakotas abs brakes have the following odd behavior when the vehicle is about to stop the brakes rapidly pulse click drop pressure which is quickly recovered when a servo motor kicks in with a loud buzz. it only happens when you are just about stopped very low speed. the brakes are smooth and stop normal at all other times. it cannot be normal operation for a brake system. no warning lights come on at any time. has anyone had this behavior before any ideas on what is wrong dean yes. it was a failed speed sensor located on the differential housing however for confirmation you can have the dealer put it on the diagnostic and it will confirm that as the problem rather than any other component of the anti-lock brake system. is your speedometer becoming somewhat erratic no indication at low speed then jumping up to the correct speed another sympton of the sensor failure. frank .
