blowing air sound

Q: when at idle for a while you will hear air blowing or sucking and it wants to shut off the truck will idle low but will not shut off as i give it gas it hesitates then all of a sudden it goes. please help look for a hose that may be disconnected. and this is on your.... what -- fmb only one b in fmb .
