anyone know how the ram 1500 badging is attached to the doors of the 03 ram 1500s are the letters/numbers just glued on dale not camille i had to replace the ram 1500 on my 2003 qc after the dealer screwed it up after touching up the clear coat. it is held on with a thin double sided foam tape. it will leave a residue when you take it off but you can easily clean it off using bug & tar remover. when and if you replace it make sure the area is clean and free of any residue left by the cleaner. the new emblem comes as one piece with stiff clear plastic holding all the letters and numbers together. just measure carefully peel off the back stick it on and remove the clear plastic. jim .

camille wrote will there be any residue left on the paint to deal with. acetone for clean-up yes at least when i removed mine the glue was left behind. this is industrial stuff so i soaked strips of paper in goop-off or goof- off or something like that in spray cans at walmart and then laid it over the glue. couple times doing that i was able to remove it with a plastic spatula. might be a easier way to do it but that is what i had to do. the big 4x4 emblems on the tailgate was a little easier to remove. jerry .

i live right in the middle of the meth capital of the world!!!!!!!!!!!! piece county washington state!!!!! a while back i was down at the local wally mart young guy wanted to buy some lithium batteries. clerk told him they are kept behind the counter and he needs to see some id to sell them to him. guy decided he didnt need the batteries. a couple nights later i was behind a man & woman with a case of the twitchies their purchases were 2 gallons of acetone and a can of heet wal mart has its scanners programmed to not sell more than 1 gallon of acetone at a time so the woman had to buy the other gallon. the cashier knew what the deal was and so did the people in line behind me. gonna be a party tonight!!!!!!! lets get cookin!!!!!!!!!!!!! wd-40 save the acetone for the meth lab !!! g and how would you know that - ill start watching reality tv shows when i can vote people off the planet. .

maybe ether is a by-product of cooking speed every time they bust a lab i hear that the neighbors smelled ether and called the cops.. actually etherstarting fluid is used as an accelerant to speed up the cooking process. propane is a common heating fuel to cook with. combine a propane fire with ether and some labs go ka boom!!!!! just what i would want to put in my body acetone ether and battery acid kewl dood !!!!!!!!!!!!! ill start watching reality tv shows when i can vote people off the planet. .
