back up lights

Q: my 98 ram 1500 5.9l reverse / back lights wont work. i checked the fuses and replaced the buls brighter is better and thought this group would know what to check next. also can turn the ig switch without key -- replace the whole switch put a nice light in the bed tonite - under the truxedo cover...and wired into the tail lights. has its own switch also. will be great seeing cargo in bed at night!!! still have a topper for sale www.batteriesareus.com $375.00 for a fiberglass cover - short box - brillant blue. still looking for a cheap factory am/dm/cd/cass player - if someone has a takeout they want to get rid of. drove another new 6.0 ford crewcab today - installed stainless wheel well trim bed mats floor mats bug shield etc..... i wish some one would give me one of those junkers to trade for a new cummins! -- dudlee & debbie brennfoerder edgar ne 68935 .

could be a bad park/neutral position switch on the transmission this switch despite its name also switches the reverse lights or the pawk switch g ill start watching reality tv shows when i can vote people off the planet. .
