What kind of grease should I use for the Tie Rods on a 94 Dodge Ram

Q: im replacing the tie rod on a 1994 1500 4x4 and was wondering if the synthetic grease is okay to use. i think i remember reading an article that said lithium grease doesnt play well with moly-sul. however synthetic mixes with lithium or moly. a tube a grease will probably last me a long time so im wondering if the synthetic would make an all around good general purpose grease to have for car/truck zirk fittings requiring grease. thoughts appreciated. thanks don .

as long as it is greased on a regular basis i dont think it matters what grease you use. james .
