not a damn thing other than the hype. it is just an advertising scheme. it is supposed to be a higher standard of service and while a few of them actually stand up to it enough dont to make it meaningless. -- if at first you dont succeed youre not cut out for skydiving what is the difference between an ordinary dodge dealership and a 5 star dealership .

what is the difference between an ordinary dodge dealership and a 5 star dealership the 5 star can do any warranty work without checking with chrysler first...they dont need to get any oks. if you are a good customer they can fix your vehicle well out of warranty without cost to you of course thats if they wish. .
