What Tranny / powertrain in '89 Dodge b250 Van?

Q: im looking around for a late 80s dodge shorty fullsize van and hope you guys can help me figure out the powertrain. one guy has a 89 b250 with 5.2l. the eight digit on the vin is y so im assuming its a fuel injected throttle body from a brief look it said holley from the front so is it a carb. also i didnt notice an overdrive selection on the gear selector is this still a 3speed or is it an overdrive tranny with no 3rd gear only selection anybody know what gear ratios were common any thoughts on fuel usage i saw a small oil leak near the y pipe - rear main seal the van says 62k miles but i guess it could be 162k structurally its solid but arent most dodges solid regardless of use at least from what ive seen any help would be great thanks! .
