Q: john i think there is a tsb out there you can get the dealer fix it under warranty. give it a try! stan@hirise.com figures i will call and see how much one is. i am not going to pay over $50 for a switch when i can just lean over and use the switch on the otherside. thanks derrick the driver door module ddm combines a power lock switch a driver power window switch with an auto-down feature master switches for each passenger door power window a power window lockout switch a power mirror selector switch and four power mirror adjustment switches in a single unit. the switches in the ddm can be diagnosed using conventional diagnostic tools and methods. this is out of the service manual. it makes it sound like you have to replace the whole gd dmm. i notice the other day in my truck that on the drivers side the switch for the passenger side window does not work. the passenger side works fine and the other switches on the drives side work fine. is there a simple plug in module/switch for the drivers side operating the passenger side or will i most likely have to replace the whole module on the drivers side thanks for any help john 2003 dodge ram 1500slt 4x2 .

try bleach. the ordinary kind laundry. start with 1 cup bleach per gallon of water and a stiff brush. if that dont work add a little more bleach. but be careful of spatter on your clothing. wear something you dont mind ruining. jmc wrote ok so heres proof that its just way too wet in england my black line-x liner is going green. regular washing doesnt change that. any suggestions on how i can get rid of the moss lichen or whatever is growing in my bed washing my truck is much like grooming a horse - gives me a chance to find all those little nicks and whatnot hiding under all that dirt. its been a very hard winter on the poor dak. it stays damp here in the winter literally for weeks at a time and they grit which has salt almost nightly because the frost is thick enough to make the roads slick much like black ice. aaugh. shes got more rust than a 2001 should have underneath. but the dragon is now clean and shiny and waxed i even shined up the chrome and theres no rain predicted at least until monday. and its sunny and warm well for here anyway. ive started gardening and broke out the lawn chairs hubby just mowed the lawn... life is good. but the bed is still attempting to match the rest of the truck and that just cannot be allowed to happen. suggestions needed! jmc maybe a swimming pool supplier can recommend something. they usually have chemicals of that type in bulk at resonable prices. .
