Q: one of the things i need to do is add a set of front tow hooks unfortunately my truck didnt come with them - so now as im beginning to search im seeing prices range from $20.00 - $120.00. one of the things i seem to remember from what i saw on the trucks at the dealership was that dodges tow hooks didnt seem to be a big and beefy as the ford tow hooks and they seemed to not extend out from the truck as far as id like to see. maybe im not remembering correctly.... they seemed pretty beefy to me. i took mine off to get the plow frame on. roy .

on wed 16 feb 2005 154833 -0700 jim hall jdhall@nospammolaplateng.co wrote my 97 cummins pickup has had repeated air leaks at the valve stem on the drivers side front. ive wasted over half a day in 1-hour increments at the tire shop for repeated free flat repairs - with a new stem installed each time. so im doing a slow burn as i enter the tire place last week with another stem leak. the new counter guy is older than usual for these places and ive never seen him before. i explain my problem and *frustration* and he immediately asks me if i have a 3/4 ton dodge pickup. i havent told him what im driving he doesnt have my account on the screen yet and he hasnt seen me pull in. apparently this isnt just a lucky guess. he says some problem in the manufacturing process leaves the inside surface of the rim uneven and/or burred. this often causes valve stem failures in dodge rims. i now have a fancy metal stem in this particular rim. so far it is holding air. has anyone else heard of this it was to me. youre changing the air in the tires on a regular basis arent you if you dont the air molecules eventually get all squished down in size so small they will slip by the valve stem seal sometimes. or you could just use chevy air it holds up better... jim hall david djonesatlsidaho.com http//www.motosports-boise.com/rmd dont listen to his crap. either use oem air or go to www.genosgarage.com click on dodge/cummins accessories stay away from chebby and see if they are having a sale this week. fmb .

hey glenn what is the relay labeled blower motor i swapped the lighter and blower relays to see what happens they appeared to be the same type of relay. i am not sure if blower motor refers to the ac/heater blower motor or the radiator fans. any help would be appreciated. thanks johnb whenever it rains my grand caravan radiator fans continue to run after i turn off the engine. it will run until the battery is dead. it never happens when it is not raining. temperature doesnt appear to have anything to do with it it has been very cold here in texas lately. whenever it rains we have the problem. i am thinking that it is a flacky sensor anybody know where to locate the temperature sensor that causes the radiator fans to spin i have been told by my machanic that whenever the voltage drops below a certain level that the relays can stick causing this issue. sure enough when it had the problem last i replaced the interstate battery with a optima red top and the problem appeared to go away. yet yesterday it appear to start again. i noticed yesterday that if i turn the engine off a
