Update - Success!!! 1995 Dodge Diesel Automatic Transmission Guru needed! Help!

Q: hmmm replying to my own message - got it to start... i pulled a plug to check for spark at the plug - the arcing at the coil earlier seemed to say i am making fire but the distributor isnt delivering to the plugs. well i had spark and very wet clean plugs. it rained last night. so i am assuming a moisture issue. tonight i will replace cap/rotor for insurance. a year ago i put an msd 6a ignition on the truck and a few days later it wouldnt start also after a rain. i assumed the ignition was falwed and returned to the stock ignition... it was on a quick-plug thing so i tried the msd again for a while... it worked for 2 months and again died one day... i cant remember if it was wet that day or not. any thoughts are appreciated. thanks guys. on 4 mar 2004 064015 -0800 misterguru@hotmail.com tim williams wrote i noticed the last couple of days that the engine stumbled a little after starting. this morning it cranks like a champ but wont start. and when i let off the key from cranking... it stumbles like it is running on though it never started... possibly just spinning from the starter so i pop the hood and see a fireworks show at the coil. i pulled the wire and some rust fell out blew that off w/canned air. the spark show lessened but still wont start. i dont think it is a fuel pump issue but i should make sure i have fuel pressure etc... no engine light is on... ideas thanks! .
