Q: the reverend natural light wrote i saw a sign on a pole today that said mortgages 1% $500000 $1770/ month!. thats the problem. yep. theres been a lot of crack downs on such loans as so many are in foreclosure. its causing lenders to be really cautious on who they lend to now. .

in response to nosey s post. i thought everyone should know tbone wrote what makes you think that this transmission was built by cummins especially since cummins afaik doesnt build transmissions. mabye its a 47re like whats used behind the cummins engine in the rams that year this might help identify it http//www.dodgeram.org/tech/transmission/4xre.htm i would have thought that most likely it was a 46re i dont think that the bolt pattern of the bell housing to the cummins is the same as the bell housing pattern for the 5.2/5.9 v8. i could be wrong though. -- chris .

have any of you folks tried to sell a house or buy one in the past couple of months. it is a damn horror show! the banks are making it almost impossible for people to get a loan. even those with super credit. i could have sold my house in ma a dozen time but everybody has to sell their house first and 1st home buyers cant get a loan.things are about paralyzed. blame it on what or whoever things are pretty much fucked. a large lowes distributing warehouse here in fl just laid of over 200 people cause of the lack of people being able to get a home improvement loan or a construction loan. this is the new trickle down economy. nope just another example of greed and stupidity. -- if at first you dont succeed youre not cut out for skydiving .

in response to roy s post. i thought everyone should know hi group 1995 1500slt 360 auto 2wd red. it just stopped and i coasted to a stop. i looked under the hood and everything seemed ok as in distributor cap was in place etc. got back in and it started up. closed the hood and drove 100 feet and it died again and it did that 3 more times before i agreed it had a problem. had it towed home and will attack it tomorrow afternoon. my first assumption is gas and probably the fuel filter. oh i live in a rural area and rats and mice are a big problem in vehicles. so far i have never had any issues with them but when it coasted to a stop and i walked around it a very fat rat ran out from under. i cant see any eaten anything but i have not had a really good look yet. i am still leaning towards the fuel filter because of the start after a delay thing. anyone care to throw some light on the problem here to give me a head start for tomorrow thanks in advance for any morsels of mechanical wisdon you can toss. get the fuel pressure checked. exactly what i was thinking roy. a cheap pressure guague could show the problem. another thought could be a flakey ignition switch. especially if the op has a heavy key ring. this could easily be verified by shaking the key switch without the truck moving. -- chris .

hi i have a dodge durango 99 5.2 liter gasoline v8 with a cummins transmission. now i need to repair the transmission. i can not find any sites with this engine-transmission combination. i just find 5.9 liter diesel with cummins. up to year 98! do i have a strange modell the car is now in sweden but it is private imported from the us. also i need a repair manual for this transmission!! can anybody help me with this problem many thanks cyril .
