Q: he hasnt asked yet so i wont comment. -- christopher a. young you cant shout down a troll. you have to starve them. .. what sounds like a lot of work putting a mechanical test gauge on the rest of the questions were about observations that he should have already made because of what he said he already did. granted he doesnt know how to turn off caps lock but that wouldnt stop me from asking why he hasnt run a mechanical oil pressure test. witch was my point. and my only point. he says hes ase this isnt anything out of the ordinary. either its wore out or it isnt either it pumps or it doesnt. where else other than a mechanical gauge test would you have him start -- ---------------------------- -chris 05 ctd 06 liberty crd real trucks dont need spark plugs. that sounds like a lot of work. which may not be needed. however hell have to ask without shouting. -- christopher a. young you cant shout down a troll. you have to starve them. . if its truly oil pressure related. then it has to be a bearing clearance somewhere in the engine pump pickup tube or oil level problem. thats the only things it could be. youve said you have been in both top and bottom and all is clean drain back holes from the lifter valley and heads arent stopped up odd question i know no sludge floating around in the pan the bearings are prime what about the crank have you used plastigauge to measure clearances your digging pretty deep into the engine by opening both top and bottom without mention of an mechanical oil pressure gauge test. .
