Transmission/driveshaft noise 2006 Dodge Ram...WRONG!!!

Q: max dodge wrote you should not hear a clunk going into park. under any circimstance if that truck is a standard pickup. and..... i dont care what tom says. fact.....not fiction. except of course if the truck actually has the required backlash in the gears. if it has that itll have a clunk when it goes into park at some point or another. there has to be a small amount of play in the drivetrain i dont care what mm says. -- max ========== ========== max you are wrong. i am right. listen......i work on these things every single day of the week........ okayokay.....i dont work on weekends...but...... regardless of that..... i am test driving scanning repairing these things day in and day out most every day of the week.....and these pos trannies from vehical to vehical are not clunking should not clunk will not clunk going into park if the tranny is working properly and the eng perf. is up to par. this thing should not clunk going into park!!!!! now.... you keep spouting whatever you want... but.... youre wrong. if you want to state that you work on trannies everyday of the week have done so for 20 years or so...... then.... well debate whos wrong and whos correct. and.....then youll still be wrong. you guys keep posting on experience from personal use of your vehicals history of what youve read archives of this ng and what youve convinced yourselves is correct. thats all well and good. yall hit the nail on the head most of the time. but....when gg or some other tranny dude pops in here you reeeeelllly oughta do some research before you go spouting guesss based on what youve read or heard. i know you guys like a good feud.... so...... go suck a monkeys arse............. u-r wrong! i-m right. mm sips his bushwacker......takes a hit off his homegrown....mmm.....good stuff .
