Tire Pressure question

Q: on my 96 ram the door frame sticker says front gawr is 3850 pounds. when figuring how much pressure to run in the front tires should i divide this in half to calculate what percentage of the max tire pressure to run or is there another formula rear gawr is 3600 pounds. the reason im asking is ive got larger tires than those specified on the door frame. tia 96 ram 1500 laramie slt club cab 4x4 318 auto. .
