Tensioner (Automatic Idler Pulley) on a '94 Dodge Ram 1500 360

Q: hey yall ive got a 94 ram 1500 with the 360 in it and my tensioner is making all sorts of chattering noises. the guy who just worked on the transmission again said it does sound like the tensioner needs to be replaced. oreillys has the part but i cant find anything in the chilton manual about how to go about replacing it. it seems to have one bolt that runs through it and you take the nut off the back end but im trying to figure out how to get to that bolt. do you have to come from underneath any help on this would be much appreciated. thanks all. .

replaced. oreillys has the part but i cant find anything in the chilton manual about how to go about replacing it. 1. remove the serpentine belt 2. disconnect wiring from ignition coil 3. remove ignition coil from mounting bracket leave the bracket attached to the head 4. remove the tensioner from the mounting bracket the nut in the back .
