Tach Help

Q: i have a 95 ram 1500 with a 3.9 5 speed manual. cant figure out why they didnt put a tach on it as standard equip. anyway is all of the wiring there to change the cluster to one with a tach. are the connectors the same or am i looking a major project to change the cluster to a factory cluster with the tach thanks bilbo .

from posters on here it seems like you have to drive a 3.9 wide open to get anywhere. as there is a rpm limiter in the engine prom a tach would be useless i have a 95 ram 1500 with a 3.9 5 speed manual. cant figure out why they didnt put a tach on it as standard equip. a dyslexic man walks into a bra. .
