T-shooting cooling problem

Q: thanks tom. its sure nice to download 15 mb in 15 minutes rather than close to 4 hours!!! yea my sister took the one month free deal from her cable company for high speed internet access and figured that she would say no at the end. i laughed at her and said that once i set it up she will be hooked and sure enough the first time she used it she was. just remember this is an always on connection so unless you power your pc on and off after every use you are vulnerable to attack. if you are using xp make sure that its firewall is updated and activated and if not i would suggest that you pick up either some firewall software of a cable router to hide behind. but they dont offer a server so its google groups until i find a good free server. i was wondering why your responses were without the origional text. good free servers are hard to find but the one joe mentioned seems to work ok although a bit slow. -- if at first you dont succeed youre not cut out for skydiving .

does any one knows if there are some mirrors from other trucks that fit in a 99 dakota sport i want to replace the original ones with some mirrors that can be turned into the truck wehn the truck is parked. in usa are a lot of aftermarket options but here we have only dealers with original parts. may be a nissan or ford mirror will do it thanks in advance. chris. .

im sorry read the message again. is this a slide in what is the gcvwr meaning truck/trailer combination. gvwr is the truck. now i suspect that 10k gcvw is within spec especially since you mentioned that your gawrs are within. we have a 2001 dodge ram 2500 cummins 24 valve td quad cab long bed. we bought a camper recently and weighed the unit today. it weighs 10280 lbs with camper empty two persons. both axles are within the specified gawr. camper tag says 3000 lbs and i figured around 6800 for the truck so that is not much more than i expected. however list gvwr is 8800 lbs. truck handles just fine and feels just fine with this load on it. i really dont notice any handling difference with load on or off. i do notice a slight performance hill climbing at high elevation difference. camper sets rear of truck down 3.75 inches and sets the front of the bed down 1.625 inches. i have air bags with 15 psi. they can take up to 100 psi. truck has camper helper spring and sway bar package on it from factory. i have 10 ply load range e snow tires with studs. right now they are 70 lbs but i can put them up to 80. air bags say they do not increase load capacity. not sure if camper helper springs and sway bar do or not. it does not seem as campers much lighter than this can be bought and dealer said it was just fine for this truck but i needed air bags. suggestions advice thanks in advance charles .

the truck is stock. the cooling fan clutch is new along with new timing gears power steering pump ac compressor; the truck was hit in the front so most front end parts as well as front of engine and most accessories/pulleys have been replaced with new parts. how do i clear the codes is that something i can do without a scanner. i disconnected the batteries for a long period of time but codes are the same. thank you. .

From : just another

most of these do not make sense; 2122 2121 & 2127 refer to pedal position sensor; this truck is not equiped with adjustable pedal. or is it the same as the throtle position sensor. no - they refer to the outputs of the apps - accelerator pedal position sensor. 0480 cooling fan 1 control circuit/open low speed fan relay; truck is not equipped with electric fan. yes it is. the fan clutch is electronically controlled. any more comments thoughts yes. first clear all the codes out. then run the truck for a complete drive cycle start warm-up drive cool-down shut down and re-check the codes. are there any aftermarket performance boxes on the engine .

wrote i would check for proper operation of clutch fan first. the suggestions i had for checking operation all passed this included verifying that the fan roars under revving; turning the fan easily w/engine off & cold & noticing some resistance w/engine warm off & battery disconnected. one thing im not sure about is the clutch fan strictly mechanical or are there any electrical sensors anywhere in the circuit i do operate in a very dusty environment; a clogged sensor would be a possibility were there any sensors. if not just how does the clutch fan operate do you know xclimation wrote more than likely it is the radiator. for kicks check the radiator cap. in my 97 dodge ram van 2500 3.9l v-6 the symptom is that the van runs hot creeps up toward 3/4 on the gauge on the street and when pulling a hill naturally i live atop a large hill shoots toward the top of the gauge. the short-term fix has been to use the heater; at full blast the gauge usually stays at or below 1/2 until i get to my hill then stays at or below 3/4 until i get home. i run it at idle still with the heater full-blast until its about 1/2 on the gauge... then shut it off. i dont want to shot-gun troubleshoot but im not sure where the problem might be. at first i suspected the water pump but the van doesnt leak when cold only when the gauge is near the top. whats a good troubleshooting approach i plan to flush the radiator this weekend but dont have any confidence that flushing it will address the problem. and of course im broke... and a little put off by the idea of pulling all that front-end hardware to start swapping out thermostat water pump ... if it matters how could it i had a limited-slip differential installed since i live on a steep gravel road. this van is new to me ive had it about two months and its always exhibited this problem. btw thanks to the two of you who enlightend me that the ac *is* active when the defroster is active... to me this is my first vehicle with working ac! .

max dodge wrote still worried about that last word maxipad. btw maxipad fits you very well thats why so many people use it.... learn to live with it. hey maxiepad.... remember this post from 6 years ago nope never was worried about the last word jerry. that was soemthing you decided you werent gonna let me have. thats fine but im gonna make you work at it just for the hell of it. i guess i remember that post barely..... it was from 99 so i figured it was water over the dam. i never really tried to remember them all. btw for you yanking my chain you seem to have time to go on wild goose chases as assigned by me. im not sure what that post proves what were you intending by digging it up nothing has changed in your life in the last 6 years has it maxipad.....youre still the same dumb jerk of a asshole as before except maybe that you are now having to do your own laundry. you sure are obsessed by my life.... dumb jerk of an asshole wow that would be profound only its not profound. its just kinda silly. and ive been doing my own laundry for..... 30 years i dunno obviously youve put more thought into my laundry than i have. very interesting going back and reading those old post and how you argued with roy sandman gary budd and just about..... no with everyone in the same manner as now and you used the same stupid moronic and childish tactics in trying to have the last word. yeah when i disagreed i did argue. hell budd and i have talked on the phone and even exchanged philosophical/theological ideas and discussion. garys been a good source of info and assistance when i got stuck on things i neversaw before. but the real thing is i never tried to have the last word. this time im just doing it to prick you. you brought it up you whined about it and you have claimed it as a prize so im making you work for it. so im an asshole in your opinion. great im an asshole thats having an amusing time. think youll ever grow up maxipad. oh dont worry about jphs post.... you must have missed the part where he said most states but then that is your style......lol.....yankyank.yank. i grew up. see i post rebuttals not grade school name calling. yeah i know he said most states but i bet if you look youll find all states require that you yield right of way or stop at an intersection. feel free to prove me wrong. feel free to try for the last word again. you might get it this time its getting late. but there is always tomorrow. btw i missed that proof that i got fired as a teacher. feel free to post that. obsessed by your life...lol... not hardly. but a guy that cant even hold down a teaching job and gets fired from it has a problem. usually when a teacher screws up they get promoted with a pay raise. hell even when you tried to be a tutor the kids father fired your ass. then you come on here crying about all the jobs you were fired from how your dads will screwed you out of what was it a coin collection and a stack of comic books............. all you ever do is cry complain and argue with everyone. you dont really want to re-read those posts where you cried because you couldnt have the last word or was fired from every job you attempted do you. besides im confident everyone here remembers them anyway. you remind me of cliff on cheers.......same situation same jerk except he actually had a visible job and not a made up job to try and hide his failures in life as you do. for a guy that has already turned 40 you havent accomplished much in life have you. i see you have to respond to every single thing i mention even laundry and im sure that comment actually went over your head.......... been doing laundry since you were 10 years old huh...... sorry maxipad but you didnt grow up at all. no maxipad i didnt challenge you to anything. what you are doing now is what you do in every thread and i do mean every thread. im simply pulling your chain watching you jump and spin like the little puppy dog you are and shamefully starting to enjoy it. wouldnt be surprised if when there is a little slack at the drive up window you run home to read this.....oops.... dont want to give that one away do we. dont worry ill eventually unhook that chain and let you outside to play in another sand box. after all it probable isnt fair to mommy to have to get up several times each night and tell you to stop screaming in the dark. but for the moment seeing you dance and do a slow burn is a little more entertaining. .

tbone wrote no it means supporting them in what they are doing correct what they are doing is trying to get their job done. dont take my word for it. take a member of our armed forces word. here on the ground our job is not done said col. james brown commander of the 56th brigade combat team. we have to finish the job that we began here. its important for the security of this nation. supporting them to get the job done translates into supporting the occupation and fewer and fewer intelligent americans are doing that. i guess that you will support this stupid action forever. see above bonehead. support what they are doing is to support them to get their job done and come home. it is funny watching you contradict youself. in order to support them finishing their job you would in fact be supporting thewar but you just said that you dont have to agree with the war. you can be against the reasons for the war but if you support our troops then you support them to complete their job and come home. the problem tbone is you know it is politically incorrect to say you do not support our troops. so youre forced to say you do to save face and spin it. our troops do not want your type of support. they have a job to finish support them to do just that. hahahahahahaha you really are a moron. they have ever right to bitch about budget cuts shortly after a massive tax cut that really only benefits the richest of the rich. i have no problem with valid budget cuts to prevent increases in taxes but when you give a huge tax break to the wealthy rofl!!!! tax break or tax cut all bush did is roll back the massive tax hikes of clinton. you seem to think bush gave a gift out. i find it ironic that liberals think a tax cut is some sort of gift. it is their money. they are allowing people to keep more of what is theirs not giving out a gift to benifit someone. now explain how a tax cut can help those that pay little to no taxes and exactly what job is that and is it worth the cost first you have to understand who it is we are fighting in iraq. doubtfull you really know. so yes it is worth the cost. just more right wing bullshit. just because i dont agree with your bs doesnt mean i dont support our troops. lol. so if someone thinks you would be better off doing some other job for employment they can support you by trying to get you canned and out of that job. your support is for them to withdraw basically surrendering to the enemy. great support you got there tbone. because they are just about the most politically tied right wing thing in existance and why do you have trouble with that the vast majority of the media is left biased. the right has one station and you cry about it. lol are you really this desperate do you really think that the people that dont support this poorly planned occupation dont care about the troops sure they care but they rant in favor of the enemy more than the actions of the enemy. dont you realize the propaganda attempts our enemies dish out they have tried over and over to get stories like this into the media mainstream...so that you liberals eat it all up. it weakens our ability to wage war when politicians are busy fighting amongst themselves. i am on our side pinhead what about you the enemy does this crap to enrage idiots like you in the hopes that you will respond in kind and validate all of their bogus accusations against us to increase hatred against us for the purpose of increasing recruits to attack us. yes they do this crap and put the stories out there. the left eats it up and you yourself buy it time and again. .

roy wrote huh i support our troops how do you support our troops they want to succeed at their job. your support is for them to withdraw which is to surrender. no miles it is admitting that this is fubar and getting the hell out with the least lose of life. sorry roy i do not believe they want your kind of support which is not support at all. you want them to fail which is the only thing you believe they can do. that is not support. see above. here is a quote in the today from a col. on the ground in iraq. here on the ground our job is not done said col. james brown commander of the 56th brigade combat team when asked about murthas comments during a weekly briefing that american field commanders routinely give to pentagon reporters. speaking from a u.s. logistics base at balad north of baghdad two days before his scheduled return to texas brown said we have to finish the job that we began here. its important for the security of this nation. as the col gets his ass the hell out. now roy do you support this col who is a member of our armed forces or not i support the col as a soldier but not his statement. im in murthas corner on this. i also find that it is usually those who havent had bury their face in the ground ducking incoming are those that are most in favor of keeping the troops there. nothing personal just the way i see it. now heres a position that you may or may not agree with. the alleged torture of prisoners. these pricks have been killing women children beheading people you name it theyve done it. the position that they will torture any of our people that they capture has been happening. they have no rights. our folks want answers take 4 of the sobs up in a chopper ask the first a question no answer out the friggin door. by number 4 youll get the info. this country will never learn when you deal with rats sometimes ya have to get into the gutter with them. you cant fight a war with rules. .

i think dsl has a few speeds available too but not sure.. adsl which is what is typically used for consumer-grade service can go up to 8mbps in one direction and 1mbps in the other. newer implementations can achieve up to 12mbps depending on the distance the signal needs to travel condition of the lines etc. ive seen services offered from 768k/128k for $15/month up to 7mb/1mb probably in the $70-$80/month range. .

but he is the only one that counts now. with the rest of this senseless riff-raff snipped with the exception of clinton not a damn one of the people you misquoted had the power to do anything and with the right wing spin created after 9/11 most of them had no choice but to spout this crap or risk being branded as a traitor. but even including clinton how many of our mes and women did he get killed in a useless war based on lies these are accurate quotes many date back before bush took office. and it also seems the democrats had no backbone if they were afraid of speaking the thruth which is they didnt want to send troops into iraq. what a load of shit this is. as said by others they are politicians and they say what they must. with the feelings of most americans after 9/11 and the bogus intel being presented to america about the dangers of saddam and the outright lies where the right wing spun it to make it look like saddam was somehow involved in 9/11 what choice did they have. and when some did vote against it after seeing what a complete fucking disaster the bush plan was they were accused of flip-flopping and again basically being called traitors. furthermore most of congress voted to go to war and voted again to boost funding. what choice did they have. if they were to vote agasinst the war near an election then they would be and were labled as traitors and once we were there what choice did they have again perhaps let the soldiers die form lack of equipment that they didnt have with the idiot sending them in that way to begin with i wish we were out of there as much as teh next guy but im not about to blame one person. of course not especially when it was the idiot that you voted for and of the same party. .

thanks i was wondering about the fan... it seems slow to me but it is turning. but this is my first clutch-fan ive had vehicles with electric fans otherwise. any specific tests i can do with the engine running at operating temp watch the fan as someone shuts the engine off. if it stops turning almost immediately the clutch is doing its job and is engaged. if it freewheels for a while the clutch is shot and needs to be replaced. .
