Q: i have a 99 ram pickup and the check air bag light came on. i had washed the engine compartment at the time. i figured the water may have created a warning light to come on. shortly after the engine area dried the warning light did not come on again. however it did the other day after many weeks after the first event. according to the manual it says take it to the shop. anything obvious i should check first anyone have any experience with this problem .

mikesim@yhti.net writes rotsa ruck w/rita! after things settle down try one more cc treatment. if you had a lot of carbon one treatment may not have been enough... dont spend any more $$ until you try this or do the injector swap as denny suggested. thanks mike. we dodged a big bullet w/rita. theres still very limited availability of gasoline right now 230 pm sunday but the major highways coming into the city are all clear. were hearing reports of major traffic jams along some of the smaller connecting routes that feed into i-10 and i-45. the trick to use the little back roads was a great idea to bypass the bottlenecks and get out of town but coming back in all the major freeways are wide open and its the little two lane roads that are jammed up. .

on a 2000 dodge durango how hard is it to take off the interior door panel and change out this motor is it a do- it your-self proposition dealer wants over $500. please advise .

drain plug in a troque converter any chysler techs out there to confirm this it smells like a big bull stinky. i have been wrong before. prior to 1978 most mopar converters had drain plugs the plug was eliminated in 78 because the plug occupied the surface where the converter clutch friction material is bonded. .
