Steering sensitive to road slope?

From : miles

Q: my 2001 1500 qc ram is driving me nuts. the steering is extremely senstive to a roads side slope. most roads are crowned such that they slope downward from the center to the roads edge. in this case i have to apply a constant strong left pressure on the wheel. in roads that are sloped downward from the outside edge towards the center i have to apply rather strong right pressure on the wheel. a little bit is expected. but i am having to apply far more pressure to keep the truck straight than in any other vehicle i have ever owned. it is tiring when traveling long distances on the highway. i had the truck aligned and although it was out of spec i saw no change in the behaviour. it has done this since new and of course dealer says it is normal. anyone else have this issue .
