Squeak at low spead turn.

Q: i have a 1997 ram 4x4 with 95000 mile. when i make a slow turn i hear a squeak squeak coming from the front end. i guessing its those little u-joints on the front wheels. so i have two questions. 1 do you think im on track assuming its the u-joints and 2 if so how bad of a job is it to change them any help would be appreciated! thanks. .
