Q: slap wrote being able to have a conversation while standing next to an open hood while the engine is running isnt on my list of requirements for a diesel or any other type of engine for that matter. thats because your parents didnt bring you up properly. you have no respect for your neighbours or any other people on the road. heck you probably get a woody just listening to the noise that truck of yours makes... and it is noise. a porsche now that is a powerful sound. lol. brilliant analysis. the question is how often does this scenario present itself to you where you are standing next to your running truck with the hood up while carrying on a conversation in your driveway at three in the morning with your drunk cousin that happens to also be your wife too often apparently. another problem is you will probably bring your kids up thinking its ok. no theyll have enough sense to shut it off. they wont marry their relatives either. .

the heads were rebuilt 6 months ago when i rebuilt the engine. if the oil was going through the exhaust valve wouldnt i see some evidence of it on the spark plugs. im going to take the truck to the car wash and give it a good clean on top and under neath the engine area just to make sure there is no leaks. boy this really makes no sense to me... nospam.clare.nce@sny.der.on.ca wrote on thu 28 apr 2005 141836 -0400 bigtexasshadetree benton0677@aol.com wrote it would take some time for the spark plugs to foul out if you are burning oil you would see blue smoke coming out of the tell pipe. make sure the oil filter is stunge on the block if the exhaust guides are bad the plugs wont foul and if the cat is working well you will not see any smoke. .
