pete australian needing help with 1978 d20 i will try some of the questions. if i can i will scan a diagramand send it. it would not surprise me that a 3 ton would still be points in the international market. but as you note chrysler at al went electronic is 1973. are you sure about the 3 ton thing with a points ignition there is usually just one wire from the distributor. at least all of mine had been. there are 1975 dodge aqnd plymouth available where i live but the cost to send one to au would be prohibitive unless it were very cost effective. to change to electronic ignition there is a kit. however with my 72 dodge pu i just got hold of another distributor resistor block the electronic module and the wiring harness. wired it all in and onward. good move. lots more pep. .

turn $6 into $60000 in 90 days postal lottery turn $6 into $60000 in 90 days guaranteed i found this in a group and decided to try it. a little while back i was browsing through groups just like you are now and came across a message just like this that said you could make thousands of dollars within weeks with only an initial investment of $6.00!!! so i thought yeah right this must be a scam!!! but like most of us i was curious so i kept reading. anyway it said that you send $1.00 to each of the 6 names and addresses stated in the message. you then place your own name and address at the bottom of the list at #6 and post the message in at least 200 groups. there are thousands. no catch that was it. so after thinking it over and talking to a few people first. i thought about trying it. i figured what have i got to lose except 6 stamps and $6.00 right so i invested the measly $6.00!!! guess what within 7 days i started getting money in the mail!!! i was shocked!!! i figured it would end soon but the money just kept coming in!!! in my first week i had made about $25.00. by the end of the second week i had made a total of over $1000.00!!! in the third week i had over $10000.00 and it is still growing!!! this is now my fourth week and i have made a total of just over $42000.00 and it is still coming in rapidly!!! its certanly worth $6.00 and 6 stamps!!! i have spent more than that on the lottery!!! let me tell you how this works and most importantly why it works!!! also make sure you print a copy of this message now. so you can get the information off of it as you need it. i promise you that if you follow the directions exactly that you will start making more money than you thought possible by doing something so easy!!! suggestion read this entire message carefully!!! print it out or download it. follow the simple directions and watch the money come in!!! its easy!!! its legal!!! your investment is only $6.00 plus postage. important this is not a rip-off!!! it is not illegal!!! it is almost entirely risk free and it really works!!! if all of the following instructions are adhered to you will recieve extraordinary dividends!!! please note follow these directions exactly and $60000.00 or more can be yours in 20 to 90 days!!! this program remains successful because of the honesty and the integrity of the participants!!! please continue its success by carefully adhering to the instructions. you will now become part of the mail order business. in this business your product is not solid or tangible it is a service. you are in the business of developing mailing lists. many large corporations are happy to pay big bucks for quality lists. however the money made from a mailing list is secondary to the income which is made from people like you and me asking to be included on your mailing list!!! here are the 4 easy steps to success step 1 get 6 seperate pieces of paper and write the following on each piece of paper. please put me on your mailing list now get 6 u.s. dollar bills and place one inside each of the 6 pieces of paper so the bills will not be seen through the envelopes to prevent mail theft. next place one paper in each of the 6 envelopes and seal them you should now have 6 sealed envelopes. each with a piece of paper stating the above phrase your name and address and a $1.00 bill. this is absolutely legal!!! you are requesting a legitimate service and you are paying for it!!! like most of us i was a little skeptical and a little worried about the legal aspect of it all. so i checked it out with the u.s. postal service and they confirmed that it is indeed legal!!! mail the 6 envelopes to the following addresses a.m.r. 23645 cora brownstown mi. usa 48183 k. costello 20812 135 ave se kent wa 98042 usa b. brown 1208 steeple ridge ct mckinney tx 75069 usa m. lussier 3112 133a ave nw edmonton ab t5a 2z8 n.e. jackson 2101 s.w. potomac drive topeka ks 66611 c way 24/4 bougainville crt maroubra syd nsw australia 2035 step 2 now take the #1 name off the list that you see above move the other names up 6 becomes 5 5 becomes 4 etc. and add your name as number 6 on the list. step 3 change anything you need to but try to keep this message as close to what you see as possible. now post your amended message to at least 200 groups. i think there are close to 24000 groups!!! all you need is 200 but remember the more you post the more money you make!!! this is perfectly legal!! if you have any doubts refer to title18 sec. 1302 & 1341 of the postal lottery laws. keep a copy of these steps for yourself and whenever you need money you can use it again. please remember that this program remains successful because of the honesty and the integrity of the participants and by their carefully adhering to the directions!!! look at it this way. if you are of integrity the program

my dodge has abut 75k miles and a bumper to bumper 100k miles warranty. about two months ago i was making a 30 mile trip to the next nearest town and on the way home i noticed the oil gage meter moving rapidly up and down. by rapidly i mean much faster and more deflection than normal. it finally went to zero and the check gages light came on. as this was happening i pulled off the road and turned off the engine and checked the oil all was ok and before i turned off the engine in sounded fine no funny noises. i concluded i did have oil pressure that the gage or sending unit was bad. i started up the truck and drove home. the gage was ok for 5 min and then started acting up again.... the truck is for pulling our 5th wheel camper and not driven on a daily basis unless needed. so i took it into the shop they kept it for a week replaced the sending unit and gave it back. next trip into nearby town same problem. next day drove it into same town and it acted up on the way home instead of on the way into the town. i did notice that it would not fail if i drove it into town in the evening or night if it was cool we live in florida but the three times it failed was in the daytime on a 80 degree day. i took it to the local dodge dealer and they kept it for two weeks the had a mechanic drive it home several times in the eveing and it did not fail. i can fully understand they cant fix it if it does not fail. but we are planning several trips in the future soon pulling our 11k lbs 5th wheel camping trailer. i personally do not want to pull the trailer with a oil pressure gage that is not functioning properly. i would think that dodge would have some sort of a database with all the troubles in it and could access that to find out what is wrong. i cannot beleive we are the only people that this is happend to. now i am wating on a factory representative to talk to... duh i offered to drive the truck with their test gear hooked up and they refused..... so hopefully someone reading this has had the same problem and can shed some light on our problem. thanks noobie ill be looking here for a response it keeps the spam down .

the most popular chips are made by edge products and tst www.tstproducts.com and www.edgeproducts.com and just plug into your existing wiring harness. applications for the newer common rail engines 2003 & later are just coming out now tst has their powermax cr and edge will have their box out soon. there are also similar products available from several other manufacturers designed for the older 24-valve engines that will work also. this assumes that your 2004 has the so or ho engine and not the newer 600 available in the 2004.5... not sure if anything is available for that yet. these boxes can add a lot of power but be a little skeptical of the 1000 ft. lbs. of torque claims... while this does actually happen on the dyno and the cummins engine seems to be more than up to the added power you will shred the stock drivetrain well before that point. early reports on the new tst box indicate that you can easily slip your stock clutch at road speeds with the power setting above setting 5 of 9 and one can only imagine what you would do to an automatic tranny if you werent very careful. but since the power increase is adjustable you can run only as much enhancement as you desire. the tst cr model and the new edge unit too i think also include digital egt and boost gauges in the control box gauges are a very good idea if you are going to perform any power upgrades and will even automatically back off fueling if egts exceed a safe point. of course that wont prevent you from ejecting your driveshaft... miller.time@shaw.ca wrote does anyone have good info about the pros and cons about upping the power in my 04 dodge regular cab 4x4 cummins ho. it is a sweet ride now and doesnt lack legs by any means but it is a kind of guy thing to sweeten it a bit and gain a few more hp. the guys around here b.c. canada that sell and install the chips want about $1200 and claim to be able to provide an increase of 135 hp. they also claim that i will see less fuel consumption. i already know that if something screws up my warranty is void providing they can prove i had installed a chip. that doesnt worry me but if i really screwed the engine or drive train that would! i have a 96 with a 12 valve cummins. i installed a fuel plate and flow thru exhaust. i also had the injector pump timing adjusted. it made huge difference. it really woke up! i have 325000 km on it and it still runs like a charm using no oil between changes. i can detect no harm from the modifications that were made. anyone got some solid info on a 04 commins uprgrade thanks .

the steering has gottem sticky on my 98 2500 td. it seems to be sticking up near the steering wheel itself and takes more than usual effort to turn it slightly. as a result it tends to overcorrect when driving down the high way. any one know a fix while waiting for routine service stuff at my dealer there was a guy in beefing about his service he had a diesel not sure what year or model saw in rattle by the window and park in lot but didnt pay attention to its particulars but he had just had the steering rack replaced and was back in because his steering wheel is now not centered. the dealers mechanic blamed his aftermarket lift stuff and wanted to charge to set it proper ! -- are steering racks in rams problematic ps what i didnt get was this guy was a mechanic why didnt he do his own work warranty work ron .

once would have been plenty hey robert i too am driving a 99 durango 4x4 automatic thats experiencing the same problem your durango is. im dropping it off at a trans place on monday morn. but im glad i read your post because i describe my problem to people like my trans is slipping. but youre right -- its not slipping; its having difficulty catching between gears. once its in gear its fine. but when its stuck i either have to let off the gas and let it catch or risk blowing the engine by stepping on the gas. i live in wnc with lots of slopes and each time i start climbing a hill or steep incline it gets stuck between gears. it also seems to get stuck lots when i start accelerating to make a turn. since i was a teen ive owned dodges. i leased a new 98 dakota when the new body style came out and it needed a new camshaft within one month of me driving it. also i had a ram 1500 after that and it had trans problems! my durango only has 48k miles. ill post the outcome here. rosathia .
