She's old & getting a little tired...Ideas to 'perk her up' ?

Q: i bought her new...90/ cummins/ 3 sp. auto....234000 mi she has been flawless ! ill definitely never have another vehicle like this one ! still has original exhaust ! engine has not been touched except to adjust valve clearances. i just replaced the tranny fluid & filter again. since she only had around 165 hp. when new..she is getting a little sluggish with just a little smoke right after starting on a cold dayclears up in 5 minutes. id like to perk her up a little for traileringbutdont want to spend a lot of $$ on a truck this old. body could use some lovin. i suppose injectors & a pump job would be where to start any ideas for a decent fix thx !!!!! .
