i was wondering if i could use axle from 2500 or 3500 dodge ram 4x4 to put on my 1500 dodge ram. will the mounting fit or i will have to do some welding to make adjustment. i honestly dont see why not it work that way. give me ur opinion about that .

max dodge wrote the sole reason i voted for bush in 04 was because he was intent on lowering cap gains and getting rid of death taxes. i hope he is still able to do this. not with dems controlling congress. they want any form of higher taxes they can get. flip the coin again and youll see that gore wouldnt have done near as much to go after the source of the 9/11 attacks. i believe things would be far worse with gore or kerry in the wh. edwards would cause major problems if allowed. sadly when it comes right down to it bush isnt a very good republican either. very true. hes not a conservative in any way. id take a moderate republican over bush and a conservative democrat over a liberal anything. same here except party members generally do not act as an individual. if they are democrat they go with the parties votes same with republican. only a handful are ever strong enough to vote based on their own beliefs. .

mine is 2wd and i am wondering how to push some more out of it................ i have no complaint about power but its empty most of the time and there is no reason for a 6cyl to get this bad mpg.. diamond dave wrote on 20 nov 2006 095909 -0800 scott bigcummins2500@yahoo.com wrote toyotarocks wrote hi i got a 94 pickup with the v6 auto...... i am getting like 13-16mpg is there any cure it runs smooth idles nice no smoke...... thanks ive got a 98 dakota with the 3.9l v-6 auto and i usually get around 16mpg. my ram 1500 has a 5.2l and gets around 14-15mpg. my 94 2wd dak 3.9 at cc gets about 15 city and 20 hi-way if i hold the speed under 68mph loaded for fishing and towing a very small/lite boat. thats with about 350lbs of gear in the truck and the boat and trailer combo weight maybe 475lbs. itll go bad in a hurry if i go any faster 60mph is ideal as itll do a little over 20mpg at that speed. .

hi my son has 1999 ram that has brake issues. the right rear shoes intermittently hangs up and does not release completely. inspection shows nothing wrong ie emergency brake cable springs etc. another symptom is that the right front caliper sometimes does not release totally and pulls to the right. truck has abs and was wondering if there is also a proportioning valve and could that be the culprit any help would be greatle appreciated. jim .

reposted below from an email list i read. -- christopher a. young you cant shout down a troll. you have to starve them. .. in those temps...id wrap my arse if i were out in it!! in those temps ill hunt from the dining room table on my camper through the window. - -- nathan in montana http//concealedcarryforum.com http//1911tech.com http//glockcarry.com ===================== in a message dated 10/7/2004 15717 am central standard time writes going hunting involves getting there ... and getting there usually means a considerable amount of travel and expenditure of resources including gas and oil ... i hunt off my front porch or the back...depending in my fuzzy jammies with my leopard fake fur house shoes on. it usually takes me about 30 -40 minutes to harvest my deer and then i get up out of my lawn chair and go back inside where its warm and go back to bed. i dont usually get up before 7 or 8 because thats about the time the hunters whove been in the woods since 3 am are beginning to get a terminal case of numb-butt from sitting on the tubular steel benches in their tree stands after theyve climbed 20 foot high on them. so its due to this movement that spooks the deer that the hunters havent actually seen that sends them my way. so papa the extent of my travel to deer hunt is to crawl out of bed the 14 steps to the adjoining bathroom then into the next room to the fridge for some chocolate milk which i nuke til the handle melts off the cup head out the front or back door depending on which door my gun is sittin at stagger out to my chair and wait. then at 9 or so when the great white hunter and his band of merry men come in to tell their long harvestless tales of great hunt and adventure...i manage to interrupt the conversation somewhere between me putting the sausage grits and gravy and the biscuits on the table to ask one of the burley gentlemen when they get finished if they dont mind take the tractor out to the corner of the woods lot or out by the dozer pile and pick up my harvest and hang it in the barn for me so i can process it. its a lot of fun to be in a position where i can see all their faces as all the blood completely drains from their heads. at this point ive literally seen some totally inhale a biscuit then theres the ones who absolutely refuse to believe that i got one and always the few that no matter what was on the table would simply lose their appetite. yes i do love hunting season...so much fun! not the hunting...just watching a listening to the hunters. lynnda non-text portions of this message have been removed .

all the stock plug does is heat water. i usually start plugging my truck in anytime temps drop below freezing. one thing ive noticed is that no matter what the temp if i crank the truck after being plugged in i dont get the white smoke that i get when i crank the truck in the cold without having been plugged in. with a gen id put in something to heat the oil in the pan and perhaps a blanket to toss over the engine. what would you recommend for heating the oil pan what about the fuel tank thanks -- nathan in montana http//concealedcarryforum.com http//1911tech.com http//glockcarry.com .

george ewart wrote i had the same thing on my dodge truck. i took it to the dodge dealer in quincy il. now bear in mind the only problem i had was the light coming on. unhooking the battery stopped it for awhile but it kep coming back. the dealer in quincy il fixed the light problem over a year ago and since then i have had shifting problems. the dodge dealer in quincy il finally gave the truck back to me and said they couldnt fix the problem. it shifts from first to second ok. from seconf to third from 25 to 35 mph makes a bang. it wont shift into overdrive 5th until exactly 52 mph. at 51 mph it downshifts. my advice. put tape over the light and forget it. it cost me $3000 and it still doesnt shift right. i have a 2000 dodge ram 1500 with a 360 and some trouble codes. the check engine light is on all the time for the last couple weeks. i have got a dtc like p1740 which i have looked up to be the tcc or tranny soilnoid. i was wondering what this means and how to fix it and how expensive it would be then i recently got the code p0138 which i looked up to be a o2 sensor circuit high voltage bank 1 sensor 2. i was wondering what this means and how to fix it and how much it would cost so anyone with any info would be nice. thanks .
