Replacing my Caravan Water Pump.. HELP!

Q: i am trying to replace the water pump on 1989 3.0l caravan i have removed all the bolts on the water except for one screw on the back side of the water pump. dam if i know how to remove it i cant even see the head of the screw. can any of you shed some light on how to remove it thanks! jim .
