Replacing condensor on 2001 Dakota
From : rt
Q: i had a question for every one out there. i had a piece of road debris hit my condenser and caused a major leak. the dealer gave me an estimate of $875 to replace it. i can buy the condenser from vans auto parts for $135. my question is is it that hard to replace i know enough about cars and replacing parts i think it looks pretty easy. 3 coolant lines and about 8 bolts and thats it.. all of the coolant has leaked out and i will take it some place to be recharged.. but for the condenser its self has any one replaced theirs any thing to look out for or be careful of 2001 dakota r/t cc 25k miles. thanks for any help sr .
