if you can live with braking the law. then your fine if not get the correct cat put on. my 98 dodge dakota sport was also making that horrible rattling noise and my dad and i who drive the truck dealt with the noise for months. so finally today my dad took it to a shop who said that the insides of the cat were all broken up and they said they could replace the cat with one that wont pass smog for way cheaper than the right one. so my dad did it. they said it isnt an obdii or something. and they said that if we need the truck smogged to take it back to him and he will smog it. does this sound wierd or what and they checked our check engine light and got the code p0422. anyways let me know please trisha.......... if you can live with braking the law. then your fine if not get the correct cat put on. code p0422 / catalytic converter efficiency failure / check exhaust manifold for cracks or replace catalytic converter. if you have the wrong cat this code will be back. .

fyi i found the two fuses in the wire bundle that comes from the fire wall grommet. they stick up with rubber covers over the fuse. the really embarrassing part is that it is noted inside the cover to the pdc. jeez! bob where is the trailer tow fuse # 1 located on a dodge 3100 ram van 2001 it is the fuse between the battery and the trailer tow relay. .

dear fellow artful dodgers some jerk cut the pigtail off the oxygen sensor on my exhaust on my mostly 86 225 ram it should go to the electronic spark control unit ecu my shitty haynes manual shows only wiring for efi models my 91 ramcharger service manual is too old of course i cant find a decent service manual when i need one my other 86 ram is not the same and neither are the other 2 looked at wiring for other models since the truck is a farm truck saw no salt but a creative mish-mash of 80s rams still cant find the wiring but napa also says they have a part for this model and the butt end looks like the plug which is what is left of the o2 sensor anyone have a proper chrysler service manual and could look this up for me pleeease tia rach .

naw just apply 120 vac to the leads so that they arc the contacts back into shape. caution the tank may remove itself. beekeep on wed 18 jan 2006 152425 gmt tbone tbonenospam@nc.rr.com wrote either way on the 97 either the tank is coming down or the bed coming off to get to that sensor. -- if at first you dont succeed youre not cut out for skydiving on mine the actual contacts were damaged and beyond repair. think about it...the brand part is $40...why go through all the trouble to remove the tank and assembly take time to try and machine something and more downtime than necessary when you can be done in less than maybe an hour. but that all depends on your skill level. -- ------------------------------------------ laszlo almasi cool toys formerly carolina watercraft works ice angels actually yes you can change just the float...about $40.00 for the part. but the actual contacts are likely part of the pump assembly. i dont think they are. id rather repair the part than replace it. check out these repair procedures http//www.dodgeram.org/tech/repair/fuelsender/sender.htm http//www.dodgeram.org/tech/repair/fuelsender/hueyc-sender.htm -- ken .

matthew russotto wrote max dodge max340@verizon.net wrote in short rail is far more efficient at moving freight and people than other modes of travel. whats the efficiency of moving 100 tons of e.g. perishable goods by rail in such a manner that they are no longer usable by the time they make it to their destination obviously you dont send *perishable goods* by a method thats unsuitable. how many goods fall into that category anyway graham .
