Q: relating it to my 89 ctd 3 things come to mind. 1. brake proportioning valve stuck or malfuntioning. mith need to bleed some more. 2. cvrconstant voltage regulator dying. 3. a short. i had one where the insulation rubbed through on the fuel cut out solenoid. jmtcw on 12 oct 2005 151659 -0700 emcconne@gmail.com wrote i have a 91 dodge w250 with the cummins diesel engine. recently i experienced some air in my brake lines and when i pressed the pedal to the floor my emergency brake and anti-lock brake light on my dash lit up. i bled the brakes but the lights on my dash stayed lit except now they go out when i press the brake in. i also began experiencing intermittent static on my radio and my speedometer is fluctuating wildly. i have recently noticed that my oil pressue gauge and temperature gauge also appear to be reading erratically. i have checked all the fuses but nothing was blown. i also have not experienced any engine problems. does anyone have any ideas what might have caused this it does seem to have originated when my brake pedal was depressed all the way. could this have broken something .

well i didnt actually measure it but thats what the boss said was on it and the rig couldnt push it worth a darn. no power when it got a load on the blade no traction with the stock tires more often than it had traction. and roy who makes the s-10 pickups have you forgotten again budd dont you guys wonder why no one really builds a vehicle designed for plow use diesel 6-8 speed auto locking axles load equalizing blade mount heater core the size of most radiators heated seats with built-in coffee pot and pop-corn popper . . . . when i worked for the gm dealership in co years ago they had a 10 blade on an s-10 4x4 and it sucked. the bad part we never had a single snow more than 5 deep nor any wet snows that winter. i would have hated to try to plow an midwestern or a northeastern snowfall with it. cmon a 10 foot blade on a s-10 a s-10 what roy .
