ratabor wrote bought a brand new 2005 dodge dakota 4-door on memorial day had 12 miles on it. last week the truck would not go in reverse with only 5900 miles on it. find out this week that the transmission had been rebuilt with only 9 miles on it! the dealer did not inform me of this as it was driven off the showroom floor. what is my next course of action thanks. 1 800 lemon law jam .
