Power Rear slider

Q: i thought valve guides possibly but if that were the case itd blow a blue cloud at morning startup. and morning starts are clear. compression check didnt lend any clues either. plugs are clean. ive had some frustrating history of p0307 misfires for about a year but the wire rerouting tsb seems to have addressed that for the time being anyway. knock on wood. ever check for a leaking plenum gasket .

nogroupsspam@nojodibody.homeus writes snip im currently requesting standard oil 5w30 i think at changes. is there any real advantage to moving to synthetic not unless you enjoy squandering your money. one of the many claims once being tossed about was that w/synthetic you can go longer between oil changes. well whether or not you can its probably not such a good idea because although synthetic doesnt break down as easily it still gets just as dirty/contaminated just as soon as it ever did. dirty oil is dirty oil. ive heard equally wild claims that synthetic oil helps get better gas mileage. if it does the price of synthetic far offsets any incremental fuel savings. to me fuel economy is more about economy and the total cost to operate than it is about how much gas i burn getting from point a to point b. gasoline is only one component of the cost to operate. if suddenly i triple the cost of an oil change its going to take a *lot* of fuel savings to recover that cost. does your owners manual say to use synthetic no it doesnt. that should tell you something. if it were recommended dont you think the manufacturer would say so dont listen to the carnival barkers and snake-oil peddlers. save your money. .

suddenly without warning fmb exclaimed 4/29/2005 304 pm what were you paying for gas when not on vacation i pay about half that when i can use the station on base or gas coupons. the base station is being renovated so its coupons only which can only be used to buy to/from work petrol. jmc .

i have a 2000 dodge ram 1500 pick up 73000 miles. it is running really fine for me no problems whatsoever. however i have a clicking/rattleing noise which is defenitely comming from the engine and noticeable under the following conditions only - when slightly accelerating at around 40mph / 1200 rpm or - when strongly accelerating at around 3000 rpm.. any idea where that might be comming from any help to pin point the issue is highly appreciated. axel .

i seem to remember seeing articles about them. most were bad. basically a lot of problems with burned out motors and leakage. plus you lose some rear seat room since the seat has to be moved forward to clear the housing and glass. -- steve williams does any one have a power rear sliding window in there truck am thinking of buying one think it would be handy seeing as i have a quad cab and a long reach. am wonder how hard it is to install or if i should just pay the price and have it installed thats an option i would like too. did you find any -- fmb only one b in fmb ----== posted via feeds.com - unlimited-uncensored-secure usenet ==---- http//www.feeds.com the #1 group service in the world! 120000+ groups ----= east and west-coast server farms - total privacy via encryption =---- .

it sounds like the dealer just bent you over the fender on that one imagine that. did you take it to the dealer where brent works -- if at first you dont succeed youre not cut out for skydiving i have a 03 durango with 19000 miles about a month ago it started hesitating and backfiring when cold. dealer first said it did not exist now says my valves had carbon on them. the dealer cleaned them but it is still having the same issue. the dealer says they have many of these and i think i am getting the run around with the valve decarbonizing at 19000 miles. is anyone else having the problem. no computer codes .
