Perf Mods for 4.7 RAM?

Q: what are some good recomendations for perfomance mods for a 2003 4.7 qc ram no i dont want to drag race it and no i dont pull heavy heavy loads with it. id just like to feel a little more push into the back of the seat when accelerating. i recently uncorked the exhaust with a magnaflow perf. exhaust and that has helped. does dodge make any different ring and pinnion gear sets that i could swap out i currently have the 3.92 i think w/ 20 wheels. .
