Q: tom if the pin to corner distance is 45 wouldnt the pin to center of the rear window be even shorter corner of the trailer not corner of the cab. im thinkin if you measure from the center of the trailers pin to the front corner of the trailer that will be your critical distance. thats what i meant - even though it might not have been exactly clear. measure the distance from the pin of your trailer to a front corner. i was referring to the front corner of the trailer. im thinkin he will be better off with a slider hitch. probably so... short beds and big 5th wheels rarely go well together. .
