P2122 Sensor Problem in 03 Cummins
From : txasylum
Q: just wondering if anyone else has experienced a p2122 code reading which is a low input to a pedal sensor. i guess if the sensor goes out im stranded. the dealer said this sensor is on national backorder. i asked if this a problem with all the trucks and he said he hasnt heard anything about it but i figure if it is on a national backorder it is a problem. bob 03 dodge 3500 cummins .

hey i had a sensor went out that made the engine stop while going down the road. it made the pedal go to floor and no power. i had to let off the pedal then it would start up and go. is this what is happening to you by the way i have a 2001 dodge 3500 cummins. i have 95k miles when this happened two weeks ago. it was covered under extended warranty. just wondering if anyone else has experienced a p2122 code reading which is a low input to a pedal sensor. i guess if the sensor goes out im stranded. the dealer said this sensor is on national backorder. i asked if this a problem with all the trucks and he said he hasnt heard anything about it but i figure if it is on a national backorder it is a problem. bob 03 dodge 3500 cummins .

this is for dakotas but it might be worth a look on the ram. http//faq.dakota-truck.net/electronics/foglightswithhighbeams.html joe black 03 dakota 5.9 r/t cc calypso green 93 mustang 5.0 lx hatch with a few goodies dr. jim sadler nospam@idontknow.org wrote in i live in a rural area and i want to modify the wiring on my 03 ram to trip all the lights on at once. id prefer to throw a single toggle switch on the dash or somewhere nearby to do this. i find myself driving for extended periods of time holding back the high beam stick to keep all lights on to accomplish that but alas my hand gets tired... anyone do a mod like this or can you offer me advice thanks dr. js .
