Oil filter relocation kit

Q: thanks tom that the info i was looking for. guess thats why the newer models are cheaper on ebay. model like the 45rfe or a 46re would work. or is it too much trouble the 46re would be a possibility dont know the specifics - bell housing pattern/size overall length etc. etc. but no way will a 45rfe swap in without a lot of electronics work... completely different pcm-wise. the 46re should be electronically compatible with the 44re so its just a question of physical fit. .

stop leak just swells the seal but if it is ripped or damaged stop leak has little effect and may actually make the leak worse. -- if at first you dont succeed youre not cut out for skydiving thanks tom. youve been a lot of help. this thing is leaking progressive worse. im replacing the lost fluid with steering fluid stop leak and its running right on through just like the steering fluid does. do you know what the diameter of the drift punch would be off hand. i will get one made out of brass or aluminum if you have an idea what diameter id need. a standard drift that tapers down to 1/4 or so is what im talking about - you just work it around the bearing tapping it out. alternatively you can use the socket/extension deal to remove it as well. .

are proposing it or saying that there is one perhaps a better solution would be a alt.autos.dc.diesel since the jeep liberty is now available with a diesel and soon the commander may be as well. i group where all dc diesel owners can gather for friendly conversation. now im just dreaming ... craig c. there is one now. no ones on it yet. i cant get to the one you mentioned otherwise i never would have started a new one. i thought it was odd that there were no diesel specific groups. clay .

i am trying to find the wire that should be routed to the 7 pin trailer reciever to supply power to the trailer battery.my dodge 1/2 ton 4x4 has a partial tow package factory installed. there is a 40 amp fuse in the power dist. box that is marked as trailer that leads to the trailer relay which is also in the power dist. box. from the relay there is a 12 ga. black with orange wire that i am assuming is the charging lead going into the main harness. any ideas where this wire terminates. i have a haynes wireing schematic for this truck but it does not show it anywhere. thanks in advance. oz .
