tbone t-bonenospam@nc.rr.com wrote a small leak will not set that code. dont recall what model year truck miles or the op for that matter has but a non-enhanced obd2 system should detect a leak equal to a .040 diameter hole an enhanced obd2 system should detect a leak equal to a .020 diameter hole. at .020 and larger the hydrocarbon escaping from the fuel storage system is greater than the hydrocarbon emissions from the tail pipe when running. .

tbone wrote funny i dont recall ever doing that but that doesnt mean that i cant see it for what it is. you do not have the ability to but you have expressed the notions that such limits would be a good idea. lol now im a communist just because i see you for whaty you are. many of your views do echo the core communistic ideas. and ya we see you for what you are. thats right which means that the more you take the less others can have. there really does come a point where you will take more than you need at a significant expence of many others and that is greed any way that you try to spin it. and just who defines what one needs you bare essentials to live defines what one needs have you ever once told an employer that you are making too much and are greedy and request a pay cut heck no employees are always underpaid and everyone above them is greedy and overpaid right of course not everyone in the company is an employee even the owner if he works there. but there are some that make way more than they actually earn or are even capable of earning and are doing it at the expence of the employees under them as well as their customers so yes some employees are greedy. and who decides what tbones greedy-o-meter level is youre greedy because you wont take a pay cut and give more to someone else. sorry tbone you cant set the greedy guage any more than i can nor anyone else. they invested their time and dedication to your company. would your company be where it is without them if you folded would they not lose their jobs health care and possibly their homes does that mean nothing to you of course not. they would most likely find other jobs. happens every day. sure it means something to me but thats not the discussion. its about who risks the most and who will loose the most. return on investment has alot to do with how much risk one is willing to take. the owners/investors can loose far more than just a job. they loose the $s they put into it. they still have to repay any outstanding debts. you really think the employees risk of loss is anywheres near that of the owner/investors are you saying that your company has not already paid back your initial investments many times over what the heck difference does that make the company is an investment to secure my families future just like any other investment. do the employees have anywhere near the possible gains that the owners and investors have to gain. they didnt risk everything they had to create this company nor will they loose everything they have if it folds. you seem to want both all of the gains with none of the risks or loses. you seem to want it all. all of the gains without all of the risks. .

tbone wrote sure i did. you just chose in your oh so typical childish maner to delete it and pretend that it never existed. nope. you gave no valid viable reason to alter our constitution. no need to change the constitution unless it is to solve some problem or make a great improvement for our country. your statements would do neither. it would do both. it would solve the problem of segregation and not equal rights to all citizens of the country and it and the great improvement would be to open the possible choices for a leader to the american people. what you are spinning from is that there is no valid reason to keep that rule in effect. now if a valid viable reason is needed to change the constitution why is your idiot trying to do it with gay marriage. wouldnt someone under age 35 only be a bad choice if the american voters are a bunch of idiots spin spin spin. why would the intelligence of the voters make someones age either a good or bad choice thats my point. why do we need any rules at all as to who can run for president dont you trust the intellegence of the voter or are they idiots that need some rules in place. the rules you said a few posts ago were ok. the rules exist to limit the number of people running to those that meet a reasonable set of requirements to cut down on time and expences to run the election and all of the ones above can be justified. the place of birth rule no longer serves any valid purpose and restricts the valid choices of the american voter. wouldnt someone with less than 14 years residency only be a bad choice if the american voters are a bunch of idiots spin spin spin. why would the intelligence of the voters make someone length of residency either a good or bad choice rofl...talk about spin here bonehead. it is you tommy that insists that some rules are ok others are not. yet you call voters idiots who would need such rules in place. lol thats right pinhead. there are times when some rules are valid and others are not. it really comes down to a cost/benefit ratio. when the cost restrictions of a rule greatly outweigh any benefit value of the rule it needs to go. spin spin spin. that still has nothing to do with the topic at hand since if they were not allowed to run in the first place term limits have no effect on them. what its one of the rules for who can run in any given election. but if they can not run in the first place then term limits do not apply. i think that it is you that needs to stay focused and stop the desperate childish spinning. face it miles the above rules with the exception of term limits all serve a valid purpose and combined more than eliminate the need for being born here to be one of them and you have yet to show anything different. valid purpose they still have to be elected regardless of any rules. you calling american voters idiots because they need these rules in place yawn once again more spin. the other rules exist to select the best candidate and all of them can be met by anyone who really wants to run for the position. the one you want to support so badly is nothing more than a form of segregation and has no valid purpose. now stop spinning and answer the question. if the person has to be elected anyway what is the real need for this specific rule no the extreem right are really just a bunch of short sighted cowards that feel that the world is against them and need to be protected by currently meaningless rules. and its the extrememe left that constantly wants gov. to create laws and issue handouts to protect and provide for their every need. both are nuts. i agree. now the fact that everything that doesnt agree with you is some warped liberal idea really shows just how biased and warped you really are. no not everything tommy. just your warped ideas. yes because i am one of the few in here that is not to the extreme right. -- if at first you dont succeed youre not cut out for skydiving .

its not coolant... it is most definetly water. as soon as it stops raining i can get out there and do more research for the source. is the heater core not under the dash somewhere could that be leaking out coolant. will check that out and let you know. it has been raining alot lately so will see if that is it. otherwise i will narrow it down to the air conditioner as i believe since it only happens when it is running. tom been there done that. you have a cracked bed light lens and when it leaks it leaks between the double wall cab back panel around the rear window. it then runs forward under the carpet and soaks the rug and insulator in the front. by the time i finally figured out where the water was coming from i had to change out the entire carpet. steve i believe the drain pipe is plugged due to leaves etc. what i would like to know if there is a way to clear it out without having to take it to a dealer and pay them way too much for what i can do myself. does anyone know how to blow out the drain hose some water does drain but there is water still collecting under the carpet. any help is appreciated. i have a 96 dodge club cab 1500 model. please email at trkelleseven seven at verizon.net change the seven to a number! .

is this something easy to fix what could it be i figured the steel brake fluid line could be broken or something... get some safety goggles get under the truck and have someone step hard on the brakes. you should be able to spot the leak. first place to check based on your description of the location is the fitting on the frame rail where the hard line terminates and the flex line begins. if this is the case try cranking down on the connection use two wrenches preferably line wrenches - support the bottom nut while turning the top nut. examine the fle line for cracking or other deterioration. if you even suspect that theyre bad then based on the age of the vehicle replace them both. check the rear flex line as well - chances are if the fronts have rotted the rear isnt far behind. and more than anything else... if you dont know how to bleed brakes or otherwise work on a brake system get it to a shop that does... now. youre risking your life and the lives of others driving that thing. a small leak can turn into a massive hole in an instant. oh sure the fronts and rears are separate systems... but heres the thing.... you go to jam on your brakes to avoid the idiot crossing the street in front of you. at that point the leak point fails severely and you have no front brakes. you panic and jam on the pedal even harder. your rear brakes if theyre even working meaning youve been adjusting them every 3-5k miles then lock up the truck spins around and you kill the jaywalker. congratulations... theyre dead and your life is forever changed. now get the damn brakes fixed. .

try replacing the radiator caps the new engines run hotter and could be blowing the coolant out as you go down the freeway... not when sitting had this happen three times to my girlfriends car before i figured it out. also ive seen that orange antifreeze look frothy anyway i replaced the cap on the reservoir this system had no cap on the radiator and the coolant loss and overheating dissappeared. cheap enough to try before going to the shop saggman54 all i have a 95 ram 2500 v8 magnum about 120k miles.. about two weeks ago the temp gauge went nuts and almost redlined. i found my coolant reservoir almost empty. i topped off the radiator and the reservoir while engine was dead-cold and everything was peachy again. today 2 weeks later the temp was fine this morning but on my way home 20 mile drive spiked again and i found the reservoir empty. i dont think its leaking i didnt see any drippage or anything after it sat a full night in the driveway but then again antifreeze evaporates pretty quick... anyone have any thoughts before i take it to a dealer hell even if i need to take it in id like to have something useful to tell them... help! .

on tue 16 nov 2004 151721 gmt tbone t-bonenospam@nc.rr.com wrote btw i was reading your posts in the pics.woodworking group about a dust collector. whatever size you get make sure to get the 1 micron or lower bags and put them on before you even start using it. the collector will work better and your lungs will thank you for it. i have a delta 1.5 hp and used it for about a year with its supplied 30 micron bags and while it did a great job with the big pieces there was a fine dust that kept plugging the filters on my air filter. since i replaced them with the 1 micron bags the collector has even more suction as expected and my dust filter filters last much longer. i got out voted on the 1 micron bag.. lol yes the wallet and swmbo must be followed but they are well worth the money for the performance increase alone. the 2 i was looking at both harbor freight were a 2hp and 30 micron $150 and a 1hp 1 micron.. $190 i have not had much luck with harbor freight and doubt that i would by any serious machinery from them. they have a store a few miles from my house so if you want me to look at something for quality before you order it unless you have one near you as well just let me know. the wreck mostly said to go grizzly with the 1.5 hp 3 micron bag but $260 is more than i want to spend.. still need a planer yea the list just goes on and on. i will be looking for a new planer myself soon but first comes the cabinet saw. that is actually not a bad price for a good collector. my 1.5 delta was about that much and it had the 30 micron bags. i found the 1 micron bags for it at the woodworkers show and that was another $75 but well worth it. the wife said go with the one with more power you can add bags and filters easier than power so i ordered the 2hp one and the $40 starter kit.. smart woman you have there. just make sure that the bags are available for that model. small dust is almost under control now with the window fan and the swamp cooler blowing out the garage door... i was sanding on the lathe tonight and all the fine dust that was floating around in the air was gone when i came back 20 min later.. dust collector is for the big stuff right now... and the cyclone and the blast gates and the duct work... you guys turning me on to the wreck is expensive! *g* you will be amazed how much and how far a dust collector can throw that fine dust especially a 2 hp model. you will also be amazed at how much more volume you will get when you switch to the 1 micron bags. as for the duct work go with pvc. you will save a fortune especially when it comes to the fittings and plastic blast gate work just as well as the much more expensive metal ones. i didnt have the height for a cyclone separator in my last house and am now too cheap to but a new one in this one especially when my delta still works just fine with its fancy 1 micron bags. i will make one out of a garbage can when i get the shop finished which should cut way down on the number of times i have to empty the bags. -- if at first you dont succeed youre not cut out for skydiving .

you might check your ignition - spark plugs wires distributor and especially coil pak. my 94 ram 1500 5.2l runs like crap when i first fire it up after it sits for a while. the idle is rough and kinda reminds me of the idle lope of a big cammed street engine. it also surges as it warms. by the time the temp guage starts to move it smoothes out and runs real well but feels like its missing or choking out until then. the truck has a brand new thermostat coolant temp sensor o2 sensor cat air filter fuel pump fairly fresh plugs and wires new egr valve and a new pcv valve. it also has a normal manifold vaccuum reading and is not displaying any computer trouble codes. running out of ideas somebody help! thanks! .
