Q: randy both are good but bewteen the two i would give the nod to the deere.... nothing runs like a deere. beekeep has a good point about the case as well they are very good too if you have a dealer close. mike my dad is retired now and wants to spend my inheritance on toys. he told me to shop for a utility tractor with a front loader and a back-hoe in the 18-30 hp range. we are looking at kubota and john deere as there are no other brand dealers within reasonable distance from us. does anyone have any experience with this type of small tractor. is the deere that much better than the kubota to justify the 30% price difference do the kubotas hold up under moderate usage any advice appreciated. randy .
