Q: in early morning trading analysts said investors had focused on an anticipated rise in the rate at which customers leave the service which is expected to be in the range of 1.6 percent to 1.7 percent. it posted a 2004 churn rate of 1.6 percent. karmazin shot down a press report about merger talks between xm and sirius and said he has not met with xms chairman or ceo adding that he thought such a merger would be difficult to get through. the rumor of the two companies merging comes up frequently said alice horace an analyst at janco partners. both companies have sufficient cash on hand to become cash flow positive ... theres really no need to merge. shares of sirius closed down 6 cents at $6.18 on the nasdaq. -- laszlo almasi carolina watercraft works inc. is sirius better than xm soon they with merge and become one! both companies arent doing as well as they would like...... so they are talking about merging. ken sirius user .

i have a problem with my transmission going into second gear. starts off in first reves up when you back off the throttle it goes into third. could this be in the valve body second gear is a function of the kickdown band the band is not engaging. it could be the need of a simple adjustment or the band or its link could have failed. the band adjustment is external the adjustment depends on the transmision model which depends on the engine. the procedure is shown on this page http//dodgeram.org/tech/transmission/automatic/atbandadj.htm .
