fmbb@sbcglobal.net wrote ken nestle a self proclaimed idiot knestle@earthlink.net wrote in the drivers side seat belt in my 99 rma 1500 has been fastened three times. twice when other people drove it and once when the cop wouldnt allow me to leave without fastening it. over 55000 miles and they havent scraped me off the windshield yet. seat belt laws are not for your safety. they are to increase the profits of the insurance companies by lessening the amount they have to pay out for injuries. im not suggesting that anyone should not wear the seatbelt. im just saying keep your nose the hell out of my business if i decide that i dont want to wear mine. have fun ken ken you are an idiot. fmb the only serious accident ive ever been involved in i was broadsided and rolled over the whole roof of the car was crushed to the top of the seats. luckily i was not wearing my seat belt. i just laid down in the front seat as the car went over. didnt even get a bruise. had i been securely belted in and unable to lay down in the seat i would have been severly injured and probably dead. i may be a stupid idiot but im still alive. ken .

ok. i removed the trailer wiring harness. i need someone who is familiar with dodge wiring harnesses. i unhooked what i believe to be the main harness that feeds all the back lights. it was located about 8 from the drivers side frame rail. the harness plug itself is a flat pronged rectangular plug. is this not the right one the brake lights stop working with this unplugged. i go to the back taillight pull a bulb out ground the ohmmeter check the socket and there is 3 - 3.5 ohms resistance. are you removing both stop lamps if not youre reading the resistance of the other lamp yes. i will conduct the test with the other lamp removed i didnt have the right size torx last night but even still with 3.5 ohms res that circuit is consuming 50 watts a little much for 1 bulb. the cold resistance of a filament is a lot less than hot; typically by about a 2-1 ratio. according to the book an 1156 tail lamp runs 2..1 amps at 12.8 volts for a resistance just over of 6 ohms. the stop fialment in an 1157 is heavier probably runs about 4-5 ohms hot gee gary i bet a whole bunch of self proclaimed mechcanics are running for their books now. bfg id suggest to them to look under practical experience. now i suppose we will recieve a lecture from sombody on ohms law. g roy .

i really doubt that is would be able to block much of anything. and it wouldnt. really and in the next line you explain exactly how it could block the line. that is correct. now perhaps you could explain exactly how fluid getting between the inner and outer layer forms a flapper valve. lol again arguing with yourself. that is not an answer to my simple question. care to try again with a real answer or are you just going to spin a little more but much more fun to watch you desperatly make a fool out of yourself. lol i dont have to say a damn thing to watch you run in circles on this one. if you honestly believe that then you really are as stupid as i accuse you of being and that is a sad thing. -- if at first you dont succeed youre not cut out for skydiving .

no a ball gate or globe valve will restrict flow in both direction which you already know. yup. a flapper valve restricts flow in only one direction which you also know huh. think toilet bowl............... think loose flap of rubber restricting a passageway. you have yet to explain how a loose flap or rubber is going to restrict anything. and while on that point what exactly is going to cause the inner hose to tear like that anyway think loose flap of rubber swollen from constant immersion of pressurized oil. lol why would it swell up isnt it in constant contact with the fluid anyway by your reasoning it should just close up all by itself. i guess that the designers of the hose were not bright enough to use a material that was resistant to the properties of brake fluid. think that if one flap has torn off the inner wall of the hose that the other side of the tear may form another flapper valve in the opposite direction. hahahahahahahahahahahehehehehehehehe talk about reaching. what caused these two mysterious swollen pieces of rubber to tear this way and what exactly are they seating against to resist the high pressure of the master cylinder is it realyl that hard for you people to understand that you dont know wtf you are talking about not at all. you have made that more than clear many times in many posts. both past and present. and further if a person doesnt have that much experience with hydraulic line why are they disputing an answer which was asked for because they admitted they didnt know that much because it doesnt take a hydraulic expert to see a bullshit answer or a complete lack of knowledge from someone else. while i may not be a hydraulic line expert i do understand their construction and what could cause a failure or collapse and your flapper valve theory is complete bullshit. typical of the knowitalls admit they dont know get an answer and bitch because they dont think the answer is right. sort of like you in most of the threads that you respond to troll boy. -- if at first you dont succeed youre not cut out for skydiving .

ken you are an idiot. fmb well stated. at one time the military had a policy that if an active duty member was killed in a traffic accident and found to not be wearing a seat belt no life insurance benefits were paid. at the time the benefit was $200000 or $250000. on the subject of brain dead there was a 44 year old guy snowmachining in the snoqualimie area up here. the snow machine broke down. he got back to civilization then went back out to get it as a storm was coming in last week. dumped 3 feet of snow overnight then another 2 feet as it was leaving they found him a couple days ago frozen stiff as a board just darwin at his best ill start watching reality tv shows when i can vote people off the planet. .
