Q: 30100 miles 2002 how do i get the codes i tried the on off on off on thingie and the holding the trip button then turning it on is there some other way besides getting a obdii reader .

my 1993 dakota passed the ohio emissions test but just barely. the hc co and co2 were well in the safe range but the no showed 776.1 ppm where the limit is 778 ppm. i hope to keep this vehicle for a number of years and i am wondering what i need to do for before the next inspection in february 2006. thanks dlc .
