Q: i posted a while ago about a horrendous front end shake on my 2001 1500 ram after hitting a bump at highway speeds. tom came back immediatly saying the problem was with track bar. got underneath and sure enough there was some play in the ball joint on the track bar but not enough that i would have to have caused the problem. anyway replaced it with a moog unit and bingo problem fixed. this was after several other attempts to fix it by the dealer what a joke replacing the shocks and steering damper and putting on new tires. thanks tom...... it is very obvious that tom is a professional and a gentleman also. every time there is a problem he is there with a no nonsense answer unlike some of the people that get into a flaming match that has no bearing on anything. my our highest thanks go out to you tom. ron .
